The most professional company , they came to check my water heater ,quick and easy , they are very good.

Very good workers that explained the problems that i was having with my water heater. They fixed the problem with my bathroom commode, bathroom sink and the kitchen sink which had major leaking problems that needed to be replaced.

Quick response, fair prices, excellent work. What more can you ask for? I've used them for years - everything from replacing a leaking valve to a whole house re-pipe.

Extremely helpful and professional.
This was for a yearly check up, so only paid for service agreement which provides you with a discount if you have any future issues.

Very courteous and professional service at a great price. I had our main line scoped and cleaned out due to slow draining being noticed. All good now.

James Cuellar from bluefrog Plumbing did an outstanding job fixing a troublesome pin hole leak behind a shower. He looked at the problem, and gave a couple options with no pressure to pick either one. James knew exactly what he was doing and fixed the problem in under an hour. The team and bluefrog Plumbing was also very responsive, even on the weekend, and was able to schedule an appointment ASAP. I would recommend bluefrog Plumbing for any emergency plumbing needs.

I had a great experience with Alton and associates at Blue Frog. They were prompt, professional, and clearly knew what they were doing. He diagnosed the issue quickly and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. The work was done efficiently and the area was left clean afterward. Fair pricing, no surprises. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone in need of reliable plumbing services.

Called for leaking toilet. Was quoted $357 to reseat toilet. Found out the whole toilet and flange need to be replaced as well as the concrete fixed. The price quoted was very high $1K plus. I was unable to do it because the concrete needs to be fixed first but was still charged $185 for the visit. The professional was nice enough but not happy about the charge for nothing other than lifting toilet to diagnose.

Blue Frog came out last week to inspect my water heater and give me some information on replacing my water softener. The technician Lane was very professional and so patient with answering all of my questions! I definitely recommend Blue Frog!!

Alton was amazing. He knew exactly what the problem was right away and went about fixing the valve effectively & efficiently. 10/10 recommend Blue Frog and Alton specifically.

Alton was very nice and professional. He hydra jetted our 2” line and ran the camera down the line afterwards. He showed me where the problem occurred and how to slow down the buildup. Very honest. Thank you.

Alton came out to the same day I called to clear out a clogged urinal. He clearly explained the issue, and then promptly fixed it. Overall a good professional experience.

We chose Bluefrog because of all the good reviews. However, we cannot recommend this company based on our experience. Our shower pan leaked so we needed a replacement, there was some scheduling issues with the sub-contractor but it wasn’t their fault so we waited two months to start the job. Their technician is not professional. We were told multiple times that they finished the job but every time we checked something was wrong, from not putting the shower pan in to installing the shower door inside out and yet Bluefrog failed to identify these mistakes by their sub-contractor. While We do appreciate the owner’s effort to try to make things right by personally meeting us at the job site; the quality of work is subpar, to say the least. There were screws and holes left on the tile wall after they told us it is finished again. They fixed it again by putting some grout over it but will you pay $6k for work like this?

Very bad service and charge very high price. We asked camera service for pipe clogged condition, they were lazy and didn’t want to clean the pipes so just complained it is full of water and charged 710 dollars for 10 mins job. Crazy ! 4 nonsense images and 710 dollars !!!!!

Our hot water heater went out in a Saturday night and BlueFrog was able to get us in the following morning. They were really responsive to my Yelp request and everyone I spoke to was so helpful! I would definitely recommend them!

Russell took the time to properly diagnose the reason for the clog in the kitchen drainage. It turned out to be caused by construction debris and bad slope under the foundation. He showed the pricing before every work order. The job included reconstructing piping a previous plumber wrecked. Russell came back on a different day to finish. He was courteous at all times and showed me the flow in the clear out as the work was being done. He was helpful in giving preventative maintenance advice.

BlueFrog plumbing, via Jason & Josh, did a fantastic job! They carefully evaluated the issues, explained the situation and options, and then replaced my water heater. They showed me each problem I had, including the prior condition of the old piping, and then carefully took their time to input the new product perfectly with safety matters explained well. Highly recommend them!

Do NOT request Alton. Not only was he SLOW, he seems to always not have a part AND he couldn't figure out how to work the payment option.

EDIT: I'm leaving my previous note, as I stand by it. HOWEVER, after seeing my review, Jill reached out to see how they could be better and insisted on having the Operations Manager and their Master Plumber come out. Talk about customer service!

Let's just say, we are customers for life now!

For about a month, Blue Frog has been notifying me of an appointment. I contacted them, explaining I never had an appointment and would they please take me off their list. Bu t no, notices kept coming. It is a scam!

We had a clogged drain and Cj came out right away. Now the clogged is removed, he tested the sink 3 time to make vertain the issue was resolved. He was fast and efficient. Happy with their service!
