Russel Stitch was great. We had a remodel, and he came out and fixed the things the contractor didn't do properly and one drain was intentionally sabotaged. We are so greatful he fixed the drains and replaced the pipe! Thanks! We will use again!

I discovered a pressurized pin hole leak upstream of the water heater shutoff valve late Saturday night and called immediately to schedule an appointment. Russell S. came out mid morning Sunday and ultimately replaced both inlet and outlet lines to both water heaters in the attic. Fast and friendly clean work!

I came home yesterday to a flooded backyard due to a broken faucet pipe. Bluefrog sent a tech out right away even though it was after hours. My Tech Alton Campbell was able to fix the issue very quickly. He was friendly and very knowledgeable. Alton also helped my parents recently with an issue and he did a great job there as well. I really appreciate Bluefrog's quick response and highly recommend them to anyone needing plumbing services.

Lane arrived promptly, understood the issue right away, negotiated a fair price, and completed the work efficiently. I needed my toilet removed, the line snaked, and the toilet reinstalled. He handled everything in about an hour, and everything is working now. Highly recommend the technician.

Can’t say enough good things about Bluefrog and our technician Russell. We had some plumbing issues which Russell diagnosed and fixed super quickly. He was honest about exactly what was needed and what would be a waste of money. He also did a thorough inspection of all the house plumbing and addressed some small things to keep us from having issues. Also gave us some drain cleaners to use for preventative care. Such a good experience with Russell. I wouldn’t use any other plumbing company.

Team came out for a plumbing emergency, told me my options, and did a good job. Brought them back afterwards for a bigger issue, and they did a great job. 100% recommend.

They came out diagnosed the problem $405 just to use snake when only have 5ft pipe I said cool I’ll eat that if it fix my problem, then find out I have sticks in my pipe it needs to be replaced I’m like that’s you can’t push out , he like needs to be replace and the price was $2800 I’m not a seasoned plumber but I said I only have less than 6ft of straight pipe I looked up should be 12 to 15 hundred maxed he came down to $2200 stating that’s best he can do because I have to remove 2 trees to replace pipe and the subcontractors will have to work harder to remove I just said whatever I need it done …. Then subcontractors come a didn’t have to remove no tree no bushes just straight line like I implied and I told guy he said I can’t change price now … do all your research call anyone else first and get your prove someone who don’t have to sub contract actual work .

We were very happy Blue Frog was able to come out so quick for our garbage disposal leak. The tech arrived on time and did a great job with replacing our old model. I would highly recommend using them for all plumbing services.

Alton did a great job replacing all the toilet water supply lines in my house after the plastic nut on one of our toilets broke and leaked water into our downstairs. He installed a house-wide leak detection system too, for added peace of mind in case of a future problem. He was courteous and professional, and even helped line up a company to help us dry out our walls.

Service by Master plumber CJ Frisco was outstanding! He removed old garbage disposal and replaced with a new one in record time (under 30 min.). CJ not only has excellent plumbing skills but his customer relationship skills are most impressive! My experience with Bluefrog Plumbing left such a favorable impression on me I would say that a step away from using Bluefrog would be a step down if your using other plumbing services in the Houston area. Companies that advertise several times a day on TV should re-evaluate what they advertise vs. what they do. Don’t be misled by fatherly homilies that are designed to draw you in like they are going to treat you right. The larger the ads on TV the higher you will pay for their services. TV ads are very expensive! Do your homework and get a minimum of three bids. Remember, you don’t know what you don’t know. Advance your knowledge and you will be glad you did.

Russell was great. Came in, replaced out toilet with no worries, and gave us some helpful tips moving forward. Great customer service.

I need to add to this that, since the service, I have received two texts and 7 e-mails asking me to leave a review that I've already left. The actual service was great. The follow up is beyond annoying.

Russell Stich was the point man in helping us discover, plan and resolve our plumbing issues. We had a recurring clog in one of our bathrooms. Russell came and thoroughly investigated until he was able identify the issue that several other plumbers with other companies were unable to find and resolve. He also was very transparent and did not try to upsell us on non-necessary services.

We had excellent service from Bluefrog, same day service to locate the blockage, unfortunately the problem required to replace part of the main drain line to sewer system. This required a second day of work.
Russell did a wonderful job, explaining and showing me what the camera ran into.
This company replied back to me promptly.

We had our tankless waterheater flushed. This is annual maintence. Mr Campbell the plumber did an excellent job, was through, knowledge and professional. I would recommend them.
