Strutton completed a job for us yesterday. We are very happy with their services. The first appointment was an assessment of what was needed. The next time they came out, they installed 2 new faucets we purchased from the recommendations received on the initial call. The job was well done, professional service, timely manner and VERY clean. I was a little worried it would be a messy situation. Not at all! They even took the old faucets with them, so we did not have any trash to deal with ourselves. Much appreciation for wearing a mask as suggested by the CDC guidelines.

Strutton is a high quality plumbing service. They are competent and always show up on schedule and on time. And, Victor is the Best!

We had an extremely challenging week in Houston, and we are still in the midst of recovering from the winter storm. I called Strutton Plumbing, and first of all -- they answered the phone! Don was very honest about their backlog, but he put me on the list. I didn't expect a call back soon, but I did receive a call back within a day or so to schedule them coming out and repairing pipes in our attic. Don was completely open about their rates, and wow -- they are 100% honest. The crew showed up on-time, they did great work, they wore masks, and they were very efficient. I appreciate Strutton for being ethical and honest in the difficult time. They charged regular weekend rates (work was done on a Saturday), and there was absolutely no attempt to even try to take advantage of the circumstances. Thank you so much.

They fixed all the issues with the pipes, they checked the rest of the plumbing, and they left with a smile. I couldn't ask for more. I will be referring everyone I know to this great company for their plumbing needs. Thank you Don and the Strutton Plumbing crew for being great!

I had a warranty issue on work done by Strutton several months ago. They came out promptly, fixed the issue and did not charge me. This company honors their warranty and does good work. I recommend them.

I was told by another well known plumbing company which is supposed to treat its customers like family that it would cost $20,000 to fix the issues with the plumbing on my Roman tub after they broke and removed the old working fixture. Kevin and Albino looked at it, made some suggestions and went with me to U Plumb IT to get the correct fixture. Then they told me what I needed to do to have the fixture installed and Strutton gave me a tile guy to call. The bottom line is than it cost a tiny fraction to fix my bath and it looks beautiful. Kevin is a problem solver and I am a customer for life.

The Mexican man with a beard doesn't like to talk, and it's very hard to ask him for advice. He's very rude.

Trash Customer Service. Called to inquire about a showerhead and was treated like I owed the plumbing supply money. Do not I repeat do not do any business here.

I wanted to install a bathroom in my home without breaking concrete, and Byars had a Saniflo system that worked perfectly for the job. It also saved me a ton of money by not having to cut concrete for the drain.
