They repaired a shower leak, replaced a broken tank water heater with a tankless water heater, installed a kitchen faucet and new garbage disposal and also came out and fixed frozen pipes for me and did great work. Showed up on time, finished quickly, cleaned up after themselves and were very friendly.

Piper's Plumbing is never allowed in any property of mine ever again. Rude, pushy and overpriced. Get gas permit from city $500...cost TBD. "Rebuild" toilet i.e. replace valves for $269 when the whole kit is $29.99 at Lowes. unclog one sink $300 (no parts here) and called me to rudely PUSH for a 40 Gallon water heater wanting extra $1500, when Rheem gas 40 Gallon is $539 at Home Depot. So, he told me that the next plumber needs to pay the city permit again, that insurance will not cover any damages from water heater, that I do want renter not to have hot water, all just because I think he is way overpriced.

These guys rock! We had a water heater that was leaking and needed to be replaced. Not only did Joseph and his crew confirm the leak was isolated to our water heater, he made great suggestions and helped us choose the right water heater for our needs. They did a clean and professional installation job and were very responsive with answers to any questions I had. Great customer oriented service!
