They were able to convert our old water heater system to a tankless seamlessly. We are very impressed with their craftsmanship and highly recommend their services!

Excellent work quality. I've been using their services for more than 10 years. They are established, small business company that can target residential and commercial plumbing jobs in a very professional matter. What I like about their services is that they wont cut corners on plumbing - the plumber will explain the job in detailed manner and suggest the best way to approach the repair without cutting corners. For sewer replacements, and plumbing jobs on new construction - they do deliver! Totally recommend - and I'm very happy to have new pipes after the winter storm - They did a great job!

We had the opportunity to work with Reny Plumbing twice in the last two months. They replaced our under slab plumbing while we did foundation work. They did high quality work and really coordinated well with the main contractor Jericho Foundation. I was impressed with their ability to do the work right and timely so we could use our main showers.

We also experienced pipe damage on our exterior tankless water heater during the recent freeze. Chris came out the next day and fixed our broken pipes and upgraded them from PVC to PEX. Chris quickly responded and showed up when he said he would. This was a huge help to get water back on at our house.

Reny Plumbing is a 5+ star company! Chris and his team are pinnacle at their trade. We could not have asked for better service and are so happy we decided to have Reny Plumbing install our brand new underground sewer lines! This was a big project and Reny Plumbing executed this flawlessly, and on time. We had a broken PVC pipe coming out of well house. As soon as the guys got here it started to rain really hard. They worked in the rain to fix the pipe. Highly recommended them.

If I could give zero stars I would. I called for a plumber last week, plumber came out, very professional, did an assessment on what I'm needing to do at home. The plumber told me an estimate would be provided ASAP. The weekend passes by, I call Monday, some lady answers and tells me that the estimate was going to be sent out later in the day. I never received it. I called, no answer. I called the next day, the same woman answers, I ask about my estimate, she then became very rude and just hung up on me. This buisness needs to fire this person here for being very unprofessional.

Cannot say enough great things. I'm a 28, female, first time homeowner in West Columbia, who was trying to take my hose off my outdoor spigot, which had calcified, when I completely broke off the spigot. Of course, I was doing this on a Saturday to winterize, the day before the polar vortex hit. I called 2 other companies that jerked me around for hours before finally telling me no one could solve my problem until Monday. I had the whole house water shut off and felt absolutely hopeless.

Nandez plumbing was fantastic. They made time for me at 4ish in the afternoon, saw my problem, bought the supplies, and were here installing it until well after dark. They stayed to make sure everything was fixed and left it much better than they found it.

They were my knights in shining armor! Will definitely use again.
