We had busted water pipes after the storm. We called yesterday and they came out and made repairs even in the rain. David and his helper were very professional. I would recommend them for plumbing repairs.

Daniel came out to give me an estimate, I guess the job was too big for him, but at least text back and say you can't do it, don't keep people waiting, if he's ignoring potential customers imagine what he does when there's a bad job and you're trying to reach them.

Daniel the owner was great at explaining exactly what we needed when the water would not drain out of my washing machine. He explained the blockage was not on our property but the city’s. He even went above and beyond to explain it to the city water department official when they would not listen to me. He saved my little family a boat load of money and I will always be grateful for that. He won us over and since then I have always recommended him to friends and family. My friends and family have thanked me again and again. He does any kind of plumbing issue and is fair, honest and knowledgeable. Don’t hesitate to call him.

Nandez Plumbing and Excavation came to help me with my plumbing problem the same day that I called. The representatives were courteous and knowledgeable, and the service they provided was very reasonably priced.

Great service. Called due to a water leak in my yard, they showed up the same day to assess and provide a quote. They came back a few days later to fix the leak and it was exactly what he thought the issue would be. I would recommend them to anyone with plumbing issues.

Nandez plumbing did a great commode repair at a very fair price. They were very careful to cover their shoes and keep the work area clean as they found it! We will definitely use them again if needed!

After being told I had a water leak on my side of the meter, I called Nandez Plumbing. They came out quickly, assessed the damage and gave me a quote. They worked hard, including a lot of digging, and were always polite and professional. When it came time to pay, the owner told me the price was actually lower (by 10%) since I was a first time customer, which saved me several hundred dollars. He didn't have to tell me that but he did. I highly recommend their services.

These guys get 5 stars and if the option was available they would get 10!!! I called for an emergency with our plumbing connection to the washing machine, no water to the house, on a Saturday, and Daniel said they will be to my house today. I am so thankful to Daniel and his crew. Very professional, friendly, efficient, and great pricing! He does not charge a weekend call out fee which was so great!! My son bled my water heater but couldn't get the black valve button to function correctly to turn the gas back on, hence the pilot wasn't lighting.

I got a first estimate from someone else who said I needed to replace gas valve and burner assembly on my water heater for $425. That was just labor, since my Bradford White water heater is still under warranty.

I called Daniel for a 2nd estimate. He spent a long while on the phone with me on a Saturday night answering my questions. Very easy to talk to. Very patient and matter of fact manner. He said he'd send someone Monday morning and he did. His follow up and follow through was right on target, unerring in execution. A combo of phone, texts, and email.

Monday morning rolls around and David arrives. No trip charge for him to come out and assess, which I so appreciate. Next David just popped off the black gas valve knob and turned on the gas. And voilá. All fixed. No big deal. He was a real trouble shooter. Very polite and easy going. No charges for unnecessary items. No charges at all! PLUS, David tells me that next year when I bleed my water heater, there's no need to shut off anything. Just hook up hose, turn on hose valve, and bleed for 15 minutes. BAM! 💥

And here's me thinking those days were long gone when people still cared and treated you kindly. Wow. Needless to say, I won't be going anywhere else for any plumbing issue I may have in the future. Not only am I a client for life but I've already started spreading the word to my family in the area and next will be my friends.
