I called to get a quote on adding a shut-off valve to two of my gas lines. They had been capped and cemented. I have done it before but the pipes at my new house were very short, and I did not want to break them by putting too much pressure on them when removing the cap. They gave me an estimate over the phone, but they advised me that it really wasn't in my best interest to have them come out and do a job that I can do myself. He walked me through the process over the phone of uncapping the line and I was able to do it successfully by myself. Wow! It is very nice and refreshing to find such honesty and integrity still exist. From now on all my plumbing work and bathroom construction jobs will be handled exclusively by them as I have a lot of remodels that I want to do to my house. If you're looking for someone as honest fair and won't take advantage of you these guys are awesome! I highly recommend that you give them a try.

I was in a real bind trying to get our hot water heater repaired. I called multiple Plumbming companies and NO was available. I called OPP and I spoke with Branden. We FaceTimed and everything. He was on another job clear across town. He completed that job and I know he drove over 50 miles to my home. It was raining pretty steady, and through it all, Branden worked all in the rain. He was all on the roof and attic. What I really loved was how he explained everything he was doing. He left me very educated on all that he did. He could have easily said he couldn't or didn't want the job. His pricing was VERY reasonable. He is and will be my plumber for life. I recommend his company to everyone. Thank you Branden!!!!

I called about a broken water heater value that had copper piping. In a panick I called roto rooter and told me the earliest they could get out was 5 days away. I happen to come across OPP and lucked out with Branden answering my call. Within an hour he was at my house and fixed my water heater valve in 30 minutes flat. Not only was he fast he was efficient and the cost was extremely reasonable. I would highly recommend using this company for your plumbing needs and will definitely be sharing my experience amongst my circle of friends! Thank you for everything!!!

Wish I could give more than 5 stars! Amazing, professional, affordable and timely work! I’m so happy with my new faucet they replaced after my old one had a terrible leak! I had a few questions about other things in the house that Brandon was also able to explain and help me with. I can confidently recommend them and I will be keeping their number close for any future jobs needed!

I was so happy that Branden was able to make it to my home on the date he promised. He was able to repair the leak at outside faucet quickly. He even checked all the inside faucets. Will definitely call on him in the future.

Brandon performed quick and efficient work and went the extra mile in hooking up our water filtration system to the new faucet. He also advised us about low-cost solutions to our other plumbing problems that we would like fixed in future. We will call him again.

My friend and I were in Home Depot for parts to replace a rusted gas line to his jacuzzi heater. To our good luck we ran into Brandon Opp ( Owner of On Point Plumbing). Brandon cared enough to stop what he was doing and show us options of galvanized and black pipe and also PE gas (yellow poly) line and tips on how to install each. He also walked back over to us a few minutes later to be sure we had all parts needed to complete our repair. This community needs more people like Brandon Opp and I will definitely consider him for any plumbing needs.

OPP is hands down the best plumber I've ever used. I wanted to install a bidet and Roma faucet for my bathtub but initially bought poor quality products because I didn't research them very well. OPP came out and warned me about the issues I would likely experience, informed me of the different options, and then came back out to install the higher quality products. They also investigated and resolved an annoying noise I've had for 7 years (that no one else could figure out) which turned out to be the water line to the refrigerator slamming when the downstairs toilet was flushed. They even helped me with some non-plumbing projects while I was sick and not physically able to do them myself simply bc they knew I was having issues and wanted to help. I cannot speak highly enough of their knowledge, quality, courtesy and professionalism. I highly, highly recommend them!

Branden and his team went above and beyond expectations. He was at my house and evaluating what needed to be done in under a couple of hours from our initial conversation. He took the time to explain all the options to me and was very knowledge. Once we made a decision on replacing the water heater he then went to work. His work was very profession and above expectations. Once the job was completed he took the time to make sure the area was cleaned and back to normal. Absolutely excellent service. Brandon was the expert who came to our house to help with a plumbing issue in our main bathroom he and couldn't have been more helpful and professional. we had a problem with getting our landlord to fix the problem so we called On Point and they were able to get to us within 30 minutes and provide excellent work fixing the problem. Brilliant job done by Brandon. 100% recommend

On Point Plumbing (Brandon) was referred to me a few years ago by a friend. He always answers the phone when I call. He comes out and knows exactly what the problem is and gives a reasonable price. I have referred him to several other people and everyone has had a good experience with him. I highly recommend him!

Brandon is very knowledgeable and does a great job. He has come out several time for different jobs and every time he has fixed the problem quickly. He never leaves a mess. Very honest and professional. Will use him for all our plumbing needs.

Willy came out to fix a leak we had, previously unresolved with visits from other plumbers and landscapers. Very nice guy; efficient and effective. Would be happy to work with him again with any needs that may come up.

On Point Plumbing is now my go-to plumbing service. They are responsive, thorough, clean, professional, and kind. We used them for a "New Home Inspection" and they saved us from a TERRIBLE home months ago! We used them again yesterday for another potential home and thank goodness, there were only minor issues with this one. If you need a plumber or an inspection, they are your people!

Update: we just got into our new home and had an issue day one with the hallway bathroom toilet. They came the next day, and once again, quickly and efficiently resolved the problem. They will be our go-to plumbers for all our needs. Highly recommend

We recently purchased a home and have used On Point Plumbing on three occasions now. They’ve done two plumbing inspections, and a toilet repair. The inspections were top quality, and we trusted them to inspect the home we actually purchased. The toilet repair was beyond what I could handle myself, and realistically only a trained plumber like OPP could tackle.

I even recommended them to my parents who used their service and my folks were very happy with OPP.

Dorian Finn was truthful about my situation. I called HOME PROTECT concerning a covered item. But the problem was not covered under home warranty. Dorian searched for a price to help me get my problem fixed. Very friendly young man

Branden and Crystal are awesome!! I won't use any other plumbing service. They've done everything from installing the gas hookup for my generator, installing a tankless water heater, fixing issues with my outside hoses to repairing my garbage disposal. They are super friendly, do great quality work, honest, always a fair price and extremely responsive and prompt with service. And their automated tools for scheduling and invoicing make them extremely easy and efficient to do business with.

Branden was polite and courteous. He was respectful of my time. He found the leak and repaired it efficiently and timely. If I didn't see it with my own eye, I never would have know he had to go through my linen closet to find the leak. He placed everything back in linen closet just as neatly and organized as he found it. Maybe even better. Thank you Branden for your time and great work. Brandon was great! We had a leak under our breakroom sink and it flooded out the place. He was very thorough and explained what happened since I have no understanding of plumbing. He came out the same day I called him. Will be using Brandon for all my plumbing issues in the future.
