These guys were awesome! Great communication, showed up on time each time. Wore shoe covers and cleaned up like they were never there. His estimate was clear and walked me through each step of the repairs I requested. If you need plumbing work done this is the company to use.

I have used First Aid Plumbing’s services more than once, and they have done a good job fixing various leaks and repairing valves. They were very responsive and friendly and were able to provide services quickly.

I called Alex by noon telling him there’s dirty water in the dishwasher. He and his partner showed up later in the afternoon, he knew immediately what’s wrong and used the vacuum to suck the dirty water. He told what needs to be fixed. He is honest, reliable, on time. I will not hesitate to call him again should I need plumbing help. High recommended.

Alex was able to come to my house the same day i called. He replaced both my two toilet's 47 year old shut off valves. One of them wouldn't shut off anymore and it was so old I couldn't remove the old one without fear of making things worse. He did it with ease and was quick. He did quality work and I'll call again for any future plumbing needs I have.

There was a crew named Chris and Joe. Who service an apartment call the Highview Apartments. They were professional courteous on time Swift very knowledgeable very respectable well mannered. Someone needs to tell these two individuals, Chris and Joe. They did a great job.

Easiest review I've ever done cuz Alex of First Aid Plumbing is the greatest plumber I've ever met. He's error-free, flawless, kinda like a Super Plumber, assembled from the parts of lesser plumbers!

I'm not kidding folks. He's freaking perfect. Meticulous, professional, on time, reasonable rates, good at communication - Alex is the only plumber I use. He's done major work for me (Complete sewer line replacement), minor work (fixing a broken hose bib) and emergency work (broken toilet day before I was hosting Thanksgiving) and every job is perfect.

He's that good. You'd be an idiot to use anyone else.

Asked me for 500 to replace a broken valve. When I asked why so high compared to others he said because this covers the job and anything else that might come up while working on replacing the valve. While working on replacing the valve he caused a pinhole leak that was NOT there before. Asked me for 2000 dollar to fix the pinhole leak ( Claiming because it’s hard to fix since it’s very close to the concrete and might require to demo the concrete) or 175 to simply put a 2 dollar clamp on there! He said he will deduct the 175 from the 2000 if I decided to call him back to fix the leak. I called another company that came in few days later and said this must have been damaged by the last plumber and fixed the pinhole leak without any concrete demo or anything at all. They said they would have charged 200 for this job not 2000+.… what happened to I will charge you extra compared to others on the original job to cover anything that might come up????

My ceiling started leaking at night when I was hosting some friends. I got First Aid's Plumbing number from a person there and gave them a call, expecting to wait a few days for a fix. They answered the phone immediately and I had someone over the next day. When they were here, they even used their free time to help with other issues that had started to accumulate in my house. They were timely, responsive, and went above and beyond at each step. I don't plan on using another plumber as this kind of service builds loyalty.
