Alex and his coworker were amazing. I live in an older home and the plumbing is original, we had our tub faucet pipe completely rust through and cause a major leak and he was able to come in, assess and fix it quickly. Beyond impressed and highly recommended. He knows his stuff and did an amazing job.

Alex and his team are honest and do an excellent job at a reasonable price. They could easily have taken advantage of me, but they were forthright and 100% honest. I wouldn’t use any other plumber!

We had a severe problem with roots under our slab. First Aid was the cheapest bid to dig and replace all the plumbing. They did a great job and they did it all in three days. I would definitely recommend them. Very profesional.

This review is for services that were completed on 10/07/2022. First Aid Plumbing fell in the middle of the pack in terms of pricing, which seemed competitive to a person that is no expert on plumbing and plumbing prices. I received some quotes that were lower and some that were exponentially higher. I've learned that a lower price is not necessarily better. I respect Alex's transparency, even when it was difficult for me to be fully knowledgeable and transparent about the issue at hand. The work actually ended up being deeper in some sections than anticipated (as prefaced by Alex) and I was not charged extra for the additional digging and work for related repairs. Out of all the quotes and discussions I had regarding cause(s) of the breakage in the sewer line, Alex was the most transparent and showed me the issue on the camera and physically (when the pipe was unearthed). Another outlet was built out for potential future sewer line cleanouts. I don't know if anything can be done to position this access point towards the back of the yard (versus a higher traffic area) but this is the only change I would have wished for from the service. It looked like teacher (Alex) and apprentice (Rogino) worked well and respectfully together and that makes for a winning team that ultimately supports and respects customers similarly. It also makes for fast and efficient service. Thank you for mending our sewer line and preventing the fourth back-up in the house in less than three months. Now we can just focus on living in the house instead of bleaching it out every two weeks to a month. Lastly, from a legal and administrative standpoint, thank you for providing traceable information via public records (i.e secretary of state and MLP# and how to look it up). Appreciate some of the honest perspectives and things to look for on warranties.

Alex was professional, knowledgable, and thorough. He came to the rescue late one night for a broken underground water inlet pipe. He arrived well equipped and few hours later he was done, with a solid solution to the problem. Call Alex. He's The Man.

I have used Alex's services multiple times and at multiple properties. I have never had a bad experience. Even the cuts he and his crew makes into the wall are even and square. He shows up at the promised time. His crew doesn't leave a giant mess after they finish too. Plumbing is expensive and his pricing is in my estimation is fair.

They came out as soon as I called about a leak I had outside. They fixed the leaked and are very reasonable. The young man even show me how to turn off water from main in the front yard and a tool to get at Home Depot to made it easy for me. Would highly recommend this company.

We had an emergent situation late in the day. Called 2 local plumbers who needed 2 days to service. First Aid responded and on scene in less than an hour. Alex was very professional and gave us 5 options. We are so grateful for their responsiveness.

I called First Aid Plumbing to inspect an issue I found with water coming back up through the toilet when a load of laundry is run through my washer.

Alex responded to me promptly, set an appointment and followed up in the time we agreed on.
The inspection of the problem went well, and he explained what we might expect to see during the inspection, as well as what the work required might be.
Unfortunately, we had a miscommunication during the inspection followup; however, despite this being a situation that might have easily turned sour, Alex maintained a high level of professionalism and understanding.

We were able to resolve the issue satisfactorily due to Alex and First Aid Plumbing’s genuine desire to maintain good customer relationships; this goes a long way in giving one a sense of trust in the job they perform.

We had used First Aid Plumbing when we first moved into our home a couple years ago. We had Alex and his team remove 2 old water heaters and install a tankless water heater (which we love!). He also installed a new toilet for us. They did an excellent job and knew we would use them again to repipe our home because we had the original, galvanized pipes. Well, that day came when they found a leak.

They immediately started that same afternoon and were here for about two days total. I'm so impressed with the work they did. Everything is new and works great, including all the valves and main valve. I appreciate the respect and integrity Alex has for his customers and wouldn't use anyone else. Thank you First Aid Plumbing for always working hard and giving our family clean water with those new pipes. :)

I rarely get to write a review of a business that is this good. We had a leak in our water supply line between the water meter and our house. I called First Aid Plumbing at 1:00 pm and told them my problem. Alex introduced himself and said that there would be someone here in less than an hour.

The plumber arrived in about half an hour and looked at my problem. Basically, the whole underground PVC pipe from the meter to my house was failing. A large pine tree, now over 40 years old, had roots that were destroying the water line. He gave me what I considered a very reasonable price (less than I expected!) to replace the line with modern PEX.

6 hours later, the job was finished. The trench that was required was neatly covered and the sod replaced on it.

Further, the crew was great. I watched some of their work and they carefully explained everything that they were doing.

I have had other plumbers do repairs here. Before they finished their work, I was thinking "just get it done and get out of here". I didn't at all feel that way with First Aid. They were GREAT!

All of my future plumbing work will be with First Aid Plumbing. I give them my highest recommendation!

First Aid Plumbing was incredible and a total godsend for our home's issue with its pipes. I had a fantastic experience with First aid plumbing. I needed to get my rental property serviced while having a tenant in the building. The plumber was exceedingly competent and communicated at multiple times of the estimated charges and also provided a video to show the situation to me.
