Backbone plumbing did a great job of unclogging a sink drain and a shower drain for me. They were easy to work with, and best of all they charged hourly which is more rare with plumbing companies. I knew it wouldn’t be a hard and long job with the right equipment so got some savings. As with all contractor it’s important you ask about all the costs upfront. There is an equipment charge but thankfully I asked beforehand if it would just be charged once for the one visit and they said yes. I would use again.

Fantastic service! Frank the owner is amazing, down to earth, explains nicely, and doesn't try to upsell. Plus the two people Arturo and Felipe that came are an excellent team and did a great job. Thank you again for the quick service.

Driver in this box truck was doing approximately 20mph lower than the flow of traffic in the second from the left lane, and was holding a piece of paper directly in front of his face and a phone to his ear with the other hand. Unbelievable!

It was a major emergency job and they helped me out with this matter. The worker (Edwin) was very professional and I was very impressed with his knowledge on how to resolve the problem. I will definitely recommend this company and I will use them for my future projects again...

You'd be well advised to ensure your employees are driving safely. I just got cut off by a truck bearing your company name on 59 heading into Houston. Swerved across two lanes of traffic at high speed, no blinker, at an unsafe distance. That's a very bad look.

Decent plumbers are employed there. They have awful administrative qork quality though.

I requested an estimate for replacing my kitchen sink. The representative was very professional and knowledgeable.

Horrible service I called my valve is leaking and he told me to call Monday. WHAT A JOKE. DO NOT USE THEM. I will for sure make sure everyone knows on every social media. Its insane.

Very unprofessional service. They charged me extra hour and the travel time as well. I contacted the manager name Richard and he did not give me an answer for this but sigh and hung up.

Make sure to read all the bad reviews before hiring these bozos. Their thieves and don't know how to communicate. If things don't go right they blame you for not understanding all the costs involved. Stay away!
