The availability of the certified plumber to do the job was key! The plumber came on the day scheduled, completed the job that day and took care of submitting paperwork to the City. I am very satisfied with the service and work done.

Philip and Jack replaced my whole house shut off valve. It was 50 years old.

Agree with previous posters on the overcharges. We were overcharged on too many jobs & had to discontinue service. Too many other plumbing companies.

This company also charges the "travel time" of 30 minutes b/c many of their "plumbers are driving into town from the outskirts of Houston," so when they arrive you are already down a trip charge + 30 minutes of their time.

Had 2 other companies give me different varying solutions to my Co2 problem. Turns out my mixer box for my draft beer needed to be replaced. Draft Horse helped me out and I was able to keep selling beer going into a busy weekend!

Can't tell you how wonderful the workers were. Knew what the were doing like it was second nature to them. So pleased with how soon they responded and got things done. The place was cleaner when they left than it was when they got there. Plan on them coming to our beach house and doing work there as well.

I didn't move froward with services from Charlie's Plumbing because the cost estimate was ridiculously high for the scope of work needed. I hear they do good work, but won't ever know because the cost is absurd.

Technician Ramon came out and due to his experience was able to diagnose the water leak was not from plumbing but upstairs a/c unit. He save me a lot of grief and expense in not tearing up my ceiling to find leak.

Was very pleased with the plumber that came to my home. Only negative is that I contacted your company on a Sunday through your Internet site under Customer Service Contact requesting a call on Monday for service. No one responded on Monday and I had to initiate a call to you around noon on Tuesday for assistance.

Stay away from these people they are dishonest thieves! They ask for your credit card the charge even though they have done no work .Call BBB and Texas Attorney Generals Office( Consumer Protection). They should go out of business? They stool $75 from me.
For the same work they told me $2700, Another company charged $1300' , the water heater they suggested was generic brand! The one I got is RUUD. They are thieves.

I bought a house in Montrose two years ago and i had a contractor that added a new bathroom and redid another bathroom, the story is that of all the plumbing company in houston they are the best and the most efficient. I have called them 10 times since then so i meet 16 peoples that work for them and they all know what they do all of them. So if you need something fix call them they will fix it and give you advise.

I called Charlies at 2:01 yesterday. There were here in 30 minutes and out in an hour. The guys were great and did a wonderful job. Will definitely call them in the future if I need anything.

I love Charlie's Plumbing! Gary has been so kind and helpful with me about some plumbing issues I was having. And Jay was literally a savior coming in the middle of the night to help me with a leaking toilet. Can't say enough about the quality of the work and the team there.

Fast and courteous service from Phillip. Had a late Sunday afternoon water supply emergency and Charlie's Plumbing was there that evening. He fixed the problem quickly and correctly!

Had Charlie's dispatcher send jorge to my complex to take care of a water issue. Technician arrived on time as stated, completed the work as discussed, no hidden fees or charges. The plumber was super nice explaining to me the details of the system. Will definitely use them in the future. They did take my card over the phone to book but it was to make sure both of our times wouldnt be wasted.

Charged us almost $300 for a diagnostic of our partially clogged pipe. The diagnostic completely clogged our shower pipes so that we couldn't use it at all. Then they quoted us $700 ON TOP of the $300 to fix it. The office refused to even discount the diagnostic fee, at which point I decided to go with another local handyman. The actual plumber who came to the house was kind, and had no idea what kind of scam his company was running.

This company services the LW condo on Leawood Blvd. We have seen a 2nd Plumbing co follow-up the service call AFTER Charlie Plumbing company leaves the property. What services are they qualified to perform?

This company is very unprofessional. Wait times for service were ridiculous. I see I'm not alone on these reviews.. They treated me like a second class citizen. When I reached their President, Merrill, to resolve my problem, she acted like I didn't matter and said she didn't need my business since she helped double the size of the company on her own. Next time I'm better off with the guys hanging out at Home Depot.

I was extremely impressed with Ray, the plumber Who found and repaired our leak. He thought thru a complicated problem very well and fixed it efficiently. He was also very good to work with and it seemed that customer satisfaction was very important to him.

After frost in February I called Charlies plumbing to repair my bursted pipe. They said due to high demand wait time is 2 weeks. I asked them to put me on waiting list and I was under impression they did. I did not hear from them and left several messages without hearing back from them. When I finally reached them a month later they told me they did no longer service residential houses. I wish they told me this when I called more than a month ago, or at least notified me later. I have used them many times in the past since I also have several rental properties that requires work along with my own home. However, after dropping me like this in a time of need I will not use them again.
