Plumber completed the task (capping my kitchen gas line) in less than 30 minutes and his was excellent. The price was competitive but I think I should have been a plumber because the hourly rate is more than my legal fee rate. LOL. The last part is a joke. Plumbing is a specialty vocation and paying a professional to make sure I don’t have a gas leak or carbon monoxide problem was well worth the amount I paid GEI. I’d use them again and have no problem recommending Idan and his team. I also appreciated that they quickly found me a locksmith (a separate new home issue). They went above and beyond there, and the locksmith (JR Locksmith) was great!!

Jeikon as been an excellent plumber. He is very processional and cares about his work. I will be calling on him again with your company.

We had Juan and Armando out today to repair a devastating pipe leak in our home, and we truly can’t say enough good things about them. From start to finish, they were efficient, kind, and incredibly thorough. They took the time to explain what was happening, worked quickly without cutting corners, and treated our home with care and respect during a very stressful situation. Their professionalism and calm demeanor made a huge difference, and the quality of their work was outstanding. We are extremely grateful for Juan and Armando and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of reliable, skilled plumbers.

Very thankful to Fernando and Giovanni. We had called several businesses prior for same day services, and none could come until Monday. I called GEI and they gave me a two hour window and the guys were here within 1.5 hours. They were able to find and fix our issue within 45 minutes and the price was reasonable for such a short notice plus great service.

The owner is awesome very attentive however the gentleman that came was clueless to an extent. I introduced this company to my company and have always had great service. I still will use the company because the owner and other techs are on point.

The tech was nice and informative. They worked with me on pricing too which was nice and honored another company’s quote to secure the work. No complaints! Definitely recommend.

First off, they called, they were on time, and he put shoe covers on before stepping into my house...very impressed with this.
He came in and fixed my hot water tank regulator within in 1 hour, had it changed, cleaned up and gone. I will use them again if needed, and I highly recommend this company as they are also fair in price. I dont remember the employees name, but I couldn't have had any better, polite, explained what he needed to do and went right to work. Thank you for fixing my tank so quickly! Now I gotta go shower! 😅😅

Hector was amazing. Very informative, and told you what he was going to do before doing. I will use this company again. Guy was also good. They are very busy, so may take a couple of days! He had to cut my sheet rock, covered everything in plastic. Before he left it was all cleaned up!

Tech showed up on time and was very courteous. Though the task at hand was tedious he showed total control and courtesy until the task was complete.
The service was great, what kept this from a 5 star was the 35 minute wait to receive paperwork I had to sign before the job got started. I do understand everyone has policies but when time is critical I can't sit around for a slow process. All that being said, I will use this company again overall great experience.
***Update***
The owner of the company took the time to call me to see what he might be able to do to improve his service. We chatted a few minutes and I felt he is very genuine in his efforts to find solutions instead of making excuses, and is open to changing things to make it better. I have a high level of respect for someone who can do that because it seems more and more that folks just don't want to better themselves. Keep doing what you're doing, more success awaits you. So I have evaluated my review and changed my rating because of this.

Fernando stayed making sure job was done. Very personable, service was great from the time I called to the end. I had an outside drain clogged. He checked all the connectors to it and somehow got cleaned out.

Big thanks to GEI Plumbing Services for fixing the water leak in my home backyard, the problem had caused lots of water build up, making the job even more difficult to address but in a matter of a few hours Fernando and Giovanni were able to do what they do best. They left the area like nothing ever happened and I was one happy customer. My only drawback was the price, I paid a total of $1025.00 I felt like it was a bit much but again I’m not an expert in the matter so I really don’t know if I would’ve gotten a better deal elsewhere. All I cared about was getting the job done, so yeah thanks again guys!

Half the price of a dishwasher for install is nuts

Edit. I got an unexpected call from Guy this morning apologizing for the price quoted. He even went as far as refunding the callout fee plus some. We have assurances that if we need plumbing work in the future that they'll come out and provide an estimate for free. Bad experiences happen, but caring enough to rectify that experience goes a very long way in our eyes. Will definitely give them a try in the future. Thank you so much for the reminder that people do care about the work they do.

Fast! Great communication (pictures, video, phone calls). I called for help at 11:15AM and my issue was repaired by 1:30 PM. Highly recommend

We had GEI swap out a couple silver shower towers for a couple matt black water towers that did a little more water action. They had to do some adjustments because none of these products are the same measurements. Great job done by Juan and Daniel...it was done in a timely manner.
