This small plumbing supply was a great resource for my standby generator install plumbing. Great service and prices on yellow poly pipe, flex risers, valves and various galvanized and black pipe sizes, lengths and fittings.

They also have some water heaters, other household piping, sprinkler system piping and parts and a small tool selection.

Terrible customer service, they answer the phone very rude and when I try to get a quote for materials they tell me they don’t have time for it. I’m sorry my list of 20 items for a remodel and a few 1,000 dollars isnt worth your time. I’ll be sure to spread the word since you don’t like to respect customers

It was a female that answered the phone, for my business I needed itemized pricing for my customer but you spoke with such an attitude that it was not worth your time to provide a customer with what they were asking. It was not like I was disorganized I had everything written out waiting by for the pricing and after the 3rd item your customer service completely disappeared and your attitude was of annoyance for even bothering you with a simple task. I have already taken my business elsewhere.

We unfortunately have had many issues in regards to our plumbing since leasing our building. After several failed attempts at repair by the leasing company we called "Same Day" and Kenny arrived shortly after our call, which his timely arrival was a pleasant surprise to start with. Kenny came out within 1 hour of calling as I had run over my water meter and was completely without water. He had me going in a short amount of time considering the damage I had caused. Broke the line under my driveway as well and they had to trench under and through yard. Will say the yard was left in great condition based on the amount of work done through it.
