Texas Plumbing was available to come over same day, the guys were professional, courteous, quick to solve my problem and very clean. The price for the service was also incredibly reasonable. I would highly recommend and will be saving their information for future tasks around the house.

I truly would recommend this company which did a great job on my clogged up tub. The 2 professionals by the name of James and Jose were excellent at what they do best making customers happy. Great experience from setting up appointment to confirmation of given time frame of arrival. Technicians were very knowledgeable and provided great information and alternatives to make a choice on services needed for my call. They were highly recommended to us and I can relay the same to whomever many need Texas Pluming's services.

I discovered a leak in the pipe connecting to my water heater at around 3pm on February 3. I called around 3:15pm to see if someone could come out today and they dispatched James out immediately and he arrived shortly after 4pm. He went up in my attic, assessed the situation, and had the corroded supply line and valve that were leaking changed and everything in working order again by 5pm. Pricing was reasonable especially in light of how quickly they got me fixed up. They also warranted the parts they replaced for a year, which gave me additional peace of mind. Cannot thank Texas Plumbing and James enough for such great service.

I just used Texas Plumbing for the 2nd time and I'm again happy with the service. Again, most importantly to me, there was no hassle on the phone about needing to come out and give an estimate. I knew the problem and what was needed and wanted a flat-rate quote on the phone first and I preferred to schedule the visit (did not need same-day service). I didn't want to wait for someone to charge me to come out and tell me what I already knew and then maybe or maybe not apply that fee to the service. I only needed the wax ring replaced under my toilet. The price was competitive and they offer a military discount which I highly value since I serve. My only critique is that he caulked around the toilet which I prefer not to have since it could mask a leak and make it harder to remove the toilet next time the wax ring needs to be replaced.

From the call to service completion I had a seamless experience. Transparent, honest, reasonable price, and fast, top-notch, efficient service. They were able to give a general estimate of cost on the phone without hassle which was is something I wanted because I did not have complicated issues. James completed a simple tub drain clean and straightforward hot water heater repair at a very reasonable price. He was so friendly, knowledgeable and honest/not trying to upsell me stuff I don't need/want. Same day service, too! I will definitely use them again!

This was honestly terrible customer service. The owner was talking to me in a very unprofessional way and not acting serious at all. Instead of trying to help, he was being rude and dismissive. It felt like my time didn’t matter to him. If the owner acts like that, I can’t imagine how the rest of the business is run. Very disappointing experience.

Why did one of your drivers cut me off trying to get on i45 going north? I honked the horn and he flicked me off. I have my newborn in my car that’s highly unprofessional and unsafe.

When a turn signal is put on you have to wait at least for the person to acknowledge that persons turn signal. You don’t put a turn signal on and just jump over not knowing if that person can see or not. I honked my horn because it was the day time with the sun out all I seen was a van jumping over which is why I honked my horn. So what was the reason your worker flicked me off?? Make it make sense please…unprofessional. I drive for a living, it’s common courtesy, your driver or worker or you I’m guessing needs to learn how to drive. I have dash cam footage as well if you need that. Smh please do better

Royal flush saved the day for me. Heard some water leaking behind the wall and they were able to locate the issue almost immediately with minimal damage to surrounding area. They went ahead and repaired my Main Water Line and probably saved me from a lot of future damage. I was referred to them by a friend and will use them again if needed.

These guys are good people. During the hurricane, they were willing to give me a same day appointment, and also talked me through some immediate solutions I was able to use to help before the appointment time. Definitely using them for any plumbing issues in the future.
