Steven came out the same day I spoke to the office about my water heater issues. He was very professional and knowledgeable about his work. Explained everything that needed to be done and fixed up my water heater in no time at all. Very kind and polite, as well. Great service, highly recommended.

I needed to get my tankless water heater worked on and read up about this company. I see now why they have so many great reviews. We had the pleasure of having Steven come out and he was very very informative and showed me what he was doing during steps. He also gave me great suggestions on a whole home water filtration system. Had an issue with a sensor in my water heater. The manufacturer got me in contact with South Texas piping. They reached out to me before my broken part even arrived from the manufacturer. Funny enough, that morning they called me and by noon my part had arrived so I called back and they were able to add me to their schedule the very same day! I received excellent service from Steven, he was professional and knowledgeable about my specific issue. I'm very pleased with their entire team.

They are punctual and competent. Did a good job at fair price. There was an issue but they came back quickly and resolved it. The office lady is very dry but she is actually efficient and effective if you get past the personality. She may not be aware of how she sounds, or may have other reasons and We almost decided to use someone else, but then actually heard back and everything went smoothly. We will use this company again if need arises.

We had our A O Smith water heater go down on a Wednesday morning. STP (who A O Smith contracts for repair under warranty) came the same morning. A thermocouple was ordered and they were supposed to come on Friday to replace it. Got a call late on Friday that some longer jobs were pushing my appointment to Tuesday with a long weekend in between. I called the owner Keith after 5pm and explained the urgency with folks coming over at our place for the weekend. Keith came over within an hour, replaced the thermocouple and the regulator, which was also malfunctioing and got the unit operating by 7:30 pm. I truly appreciate the extra mile Keith went to get us completely satisfied. Thanks Keith and Rudy - cannot thank you guys enough.

Keith was extremely helpful over the phone. He got me scheduled for a next day water heater removal, pick-up, and install. Nick and Rudy came promptly the very next day. They were awesome! Courteous, knowledgeable, and very patient! Pricing was beyond reasonable in comparison to others who quoted me nearly $4,000 for a water heater install- even with the water heater being a free replacement from the vendor.
