I called 1 Tom Plumber on an emergency call for a broken valve on the side of the house. They responded within an hour from Houston to Mont Belvieu. The plumber Marcus evaluated the problem and he took care of the problem and fixed it within 30 minutes. Thank you guys for helping me out. You guys rock!

I called about 9 am and they were able to send someone out within an hour. The technician Victor came out and called before he came and was very polite he explained everything he he was doing to where I could understand it and job was done in less than an hour, great job Victor

Victor came to my parents house and on their behalf made a 5 🌟 review because Victor was just outstanding . Ive delt with other plumbers personally who have said they've done it for 10 or 20+ years and does not match Victor's very clear and simple explanation of what others have made very complicated. Garrett was awesome helping me with a project to rework gas dryer connection and fireplace. He took time to explain, didn't rush and was super friendly and courteous and reasonably priced. Highly recommend.

While trying to install our new washing machine, the corrosion on the water handles made them impossible for the delivery team to remove, so hubby tried to get them off and accidentally broke the pipe in the wall. Water gushed everywhere and even in our master bathroom located behind the wall. This happened on Black Friday and it was a very "Black" event for us. We called multiple plumbers before finding 1-Tom-Plumber who immediately said they could send a man out in an hour. Benjamin arrived and assessed the issue, made a trip to Home Depot, returned and fixed the pipe after cutting into the drywall. He saved the day and we used every beach towel in the house mopping up soaked floors and carpet. Now we get to wash towels for the next 2 days while we try out the new washing machine. Thank Goodness, this company was willing to send Benjamin out to help us at 7pm. Payment was made promptly via a link that was sent to my phone after the job was completed. We highly recommend 1-Tom-Plumber for all your needs.

Garrett was amazing and super helpful. He was efficient, friendly, and explained what was going on (a pipe fully gave up on life right next to the water meter so water was coming fast).

Victor and Garrett did an excellent job. They communicated well, performed the work satisfactorily, on budget, and in a timely manner, and tidied up when they left. Great all around service.

Marco came out and assessed my needs. He was able to help unclog the drain. It did take a few days but he was polite, respectful and communicated well. Hopefully this doesn’t happen again. I will definitely chose you all again!

We had a leak and clogged sink. Ruben was professional and got them both fixed when we called at 7AM. He worked inside the house and outside to unclog our sink that was continuously filling up as we were dumping buckets. He did great and was hard working. Everything is working efficiently and he was knowledgeable

Hands down, THE Best plumbing company in Houston!!! We got a leak, could not turn the water off and they came and fix it in 30 minutes, after hours!!! By the way the have set price, not per hour, totally love them!

Victor was outstanding. He was on time, professional and he helped me diagnose and repair another problem I had inquired about.
The toilet replacement was efficient and the result is great. The shower leak repair that he repaired was a welcome add on once he identified the problem. All in all very happy with service.

He did a lot of work and I think underquoted me. Very nice, but did not finish the job 100% - My water pressure is still low. The toilet downstairs is now not working and he broke his shovel - used mine and did not return it...It was a mess afterwards not awful but definitely not great. Paid someone to clean it up... I have called a couple times to have him come back, and says he will but has not... it's been a bout 2 months now.

Garrett was wonderful. Quickly got my issue solved at my facility within literal minutes. He was very comfortable to be around and made me feel at ease immediately. He even went and checked out another potential issue to see what was going on with our system and advised me to start making preparations to avoid a disaster later. He was great, the service was great and he came out the same day I called. Definitely will recommend them in the future.

Jonathan did a great job, he did a great job install. I’m taking a toilet out cleaning up underneath it and putting a new toilet in and it’s awesome. I couldn’t ask for anything better.

Excellent service! Rubin came out a my rental home on a Sunday evening. They came within the hour I called. He was very professional and kept me in the loop on everything that happened. I highly recommend them. I will definitely call them if I need them next time.
•Edited: After the work was completed I gave my credit card number over the phone for payment. The reception said she would process the payment the next morning. (Work was done Sunday evening). I could tell she wrote it down. The next day I see the charge which was correct and 3 additional charges from restaurants. 2 from Wing Stop and 1 from The Wing Boss. The Wing Boss is about .25 miles away from their office.
