My bathtub faucet was running and I was panicking. A quick Google search, a phone call, and a couple hours later Victor came and saved the day! Very happy with my service. I will definitely use 1-Tom-Plumber again.

The technician showed up 2 hours before my scheduled appointment and accessed my property without permission. I was quoted $899 for a sprinkler valve repair that another company fixed the same day for $250. When I tried to pay the $50 consultation fee, their payment system failed, and the tech took a picture of my credit card details without my consent. I confronted him and asked why he would take pictures of my card details without my consent. He promised to delete it after making sure the payment went through. A week later, I discovered about $350 in unauthorized charges on that card.

We contacted 1 Tom Plumbing for a hot water heater pilot light issue. Upon inspection, we were told the entire hot water heater needed to be replaced. Once installation was completed by Victor and Antonio, the payment was attempted by Victor who claimed there was a system error and contacted Alyssa, their dispatcher, to process the payment. The following day, we were notified by our credit card company that there were unauthorized charges made to the card (this is a card we reserve for repairs only and do not use to make online purchases). I contacted this company for additional information and was advised I would be contacted by one of the operations managers. Two weeks have passed and there has been none. In hindsight, it makes one wonder if replacing the WH was even necessary to begin with. I do not recommend you use this service provider.

Victor is the best plumber in the world and he has helped my family with all the plumbing needs and everything is working and running smoothly now. I highly recommend him as a plummer!

We had a leaky valve under the kitchen sink which was uncovered when we were about to swap our old dishwasher with a new one. Job postponed and we needed a plumber fast. 1-Tom-Plumber came to the rescue. Victor arrived promptly within our 2 hour time window and he called ahead of time to let us know he is on his way. The job turned out trickier as we had more than one leaky valves and water was not shutting off all the way for one of the valves. Victor replaced them all and he tested to make sure there is no more leaks. Thanks for professional work and prompt service. Victor is great!

Marco went above and beyond. Found what was causing the leak and took care of it. He worked until he was satisfied that the problem was corrected. I will definitely recommend your company to my friends and neighbors.

Victor did a good job communicating about his arrival time. He did his best to water jet the drain lines out for us. It was quite a mess!

Oh my goodness I can’t say enough about Marco. He came to our rescue and fixed all of our issues. He was knowledgeable and helpful in determining what the problem was. I highly recommend him and the best part is that he is local. Oh and the price was fair considering the hours he spent here.

Prompt service, tech was friendly and professional. Kitchen sink was clogged, took some time, but he got it working great! Company sent us a bill after we'd already paid, but this was cleared up with a quick phone call. Would use again.

Incredible service. Marco was extremely kind and generous. He even lifted our new washer for us when he didn't have to and did everything really fast. He told me two guys tried to rob products inside his vehicle while he was helping us. I hope those guys get caught and pay their dues.

Victor came out to replace some sink valves. He was professional and timely with his work. Would recommend him to anyone.

Jordan is an outstanding key player on the team. He is always responsive, professional, and communicates clearly. If he’s ever running late, he gives me an update right away, and he consistently stays on top of his service.

Marcus was also excellent, stepping in to help with the outdoor firepit repairs and making sure everything was working again.

I’ll definitely be reaching out to them for future jobs and won’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone I know.

Ruben was efficient in there, I honestly didn’t expect things to work out so smoothly. He even came up with a solution for a second issue we had with our plumbing. Very personable and friendly as well, I would definitely refer friends and family to do business with Ruben in the future.
