Bruce and his assistant Joe came out to help us connect our tri-fuel generator to natural gas. They did a great job and were reasonably priced. We’re extremely happy with the solution they installed for us. They were prompt, thorough and friendly. We will call Arrow for any future plumbing needs.

Mr Bruce, came to check our building’s odor problem and did a very good explanation on how treat the problem. Happy with his help.

Amazing amazing amazing! Anne was so sweet and kind helping me get a same day appointment on the books for a leaking toilet. Bruce and Herschel arrived and were awesome! So professional, walked me through all the steps to find the issue and fix it and got it all fixed and cleaned up quickly. 10/10 recommend.

Herschel did a good job. He was courteous, punctual, and quick. He was thorough and gave good advice for going forward and an explanation of what he thought was going on.

I can't believe I wasted all those decades with competitor ars, which has gone downhill, with all their missed appointments, rip-off prices, and negligent apprentice-after-apprentice.

I engaged Arrow Plumbing to diagnose and replace the pilot light assembly on my 25-year-old gas log fireplace. Herschel came to the house on time and logically worked through the ignition problem and correctly determined the pilot thermocouple was the cause. He quoted a fair price to replace it. He came back after the part arrived and replaced the assembly. He was careful and methodical in the replacement process. Most importantly this solved my problem with the fireplace.
I chose Arrow Plumbing because they are a local, family-owned, ethical business that offers the full range of plumbing services using master plumbers like Herschel.
I recommend them highly.

Arrow plumbing was great! Herschel was the master plumber who came out when my water heater was giving me trouble and he was very thorough. He took the time to educate me on many aspects of the water heater and was very helpful. I was also scheduled for a Thursday and they called me Wednesday morning with an opening so that was very efficient and convenient. Will call next time I have issues!

Fantastic repair! Tech repaired the section of pipe better than when it was installed new. Once again I am impressed with the value of Roto-Router work while being cost competitive with other companies.

Chase helped repair a washer cut-off valve that was corroded and needed replacing. Quick dispatch/arrival, reasonably priced, and craftsmanship and knowledge were great.

Adam did a great job. He explained thoroughly, gave me a quote did the work we contracted and left it looking better than before. I’ll definitely call for him again.

I've had to call them several times this year, sometimes during the same month (to no fault of their own). Each technician was beyond professional and really respectable. Chris had to come more than once, and he always showed with a smile and ready to work. They have really knowledgeable technicians and is the only company that was able to help me same-day each time.

Christopher ran the snake three times but it didn't fix the problem and he left. I took a shower and the water level started rising. I am hoping today the technician can fix the problem with him using the the camera in the sewer

We had a main line clean out the Sunday after Thanksgiving holiday. Chris was so kind and patient. We were worried the issue was going to be more severe, but he reassured us that he was going to do the best he could. Problem resolved with minimal expense.

I contacted the company after getting screwed over by ARS. When they arrived they were overly professional and had a great understanding of what was wrong. They provided great service and assisted with providing a great price for the work they did. Adam was awesome and couldn’t ask for better service. An excellent experience. My main drain line clogged on Thanksgiving weekend — and even in the pouring rain, I had a tech at my house within an hour. Chris was professional and thorough. He successfully cleared my drain line and saved the day.

Really needed to have someone come and help with a leak that was resulting in water getting everywhere. Roto-Rooter was able to get a technician out to my house with a couple of hours after submitting for a scheduled visit. The fix was quick and painless.

We had a water leak in our facet sink. The technician Chase was very informative and was patient answering my questions and concerns. We will definitely request Chase for all our future plumbing services and refer him to friends and relatives.
