Herschel and his team are always super efficient and are always able to help us fix any plumbing issues that arise, which in this case our guest bathroom sink(s) had gotten backed up and they were able to fix the issue very quickly. We had a fairly easy leak issue, but we wanted to make sure a professional was there to oversee it, and Herschel was very professional and knowledgeable. The repair was quick and it solved our other minor outdoor pipes that we don't even use. I was very happy with the service and grateful to get my water back on.

Herschel came out to replace a toilet and answer questions regarding tankless water heaters. He was very knowledge and was able to answer all of my questions. He replaced the toilet and installed an electronic descaler in a timely manner. Will definitely recommend and reuse their services.

Reviewed reviews from companies recommended by Renai to repair and flush our tankless water heater for our rental. After reviewing several of the recommended companies, we went with Arrow. They were very accommodating, easy to work with and get scheduled. They were knowledgeable regarding the Renai system and stated they have master plumbers who have been trained according to Renai standards. Hershel was knowledgeable and worked in a diligent manner. After Hurricane Harvey, I called Arrow with what I thought was small problem. It turned out to be huge problem that involved my total septic system. Instead of a 2 hour fix, it required 4 days involving digging up parts of my back yard with a back hoe. Bruce had other big industrial jobs in the queue but he didn’t leave me stranded. He finished my job. Since then, I have never called another plumber, and never will.

We've had Arrow out a few times for issues at out house, and they have always done a stellar job. Everything from freeze damage to leaking main line, they have always found and repaired the issue the first time. I highly recommend their services!

Herschel and Jose came today to do a number of different things, from figuring our why my hot water heater was not working and how to prevent it from going out again to making sure my hot water would come on more quickly in my shower to fixing two issues with two different toilets. Herschel has worked in another home of mine before and he is truly an exceptional plumber. He is polite, intelligent, and takes his job seriously. He is also very good at explaining complicated issues so I can understand them. Herschel should be a role model to any young person who aspires to be a plumber because he loves his job and he does it so well. Herschel and Arrow Plumbing are amazing. Our hot water heater went out on Sunday night and they rearranged the morning schedule so that Herschel could come look at it first thing Monday morning since it's in our hot attic. Herschel is great. He's very honest and up front and doesn't push anything on us. He uses his personal home experiences with plumbing to relay to us what is best for our family needs.

We called Arrow this morning and Herschel was here by 11:30. He fixed our leaky sink drain better than new.
