Eric from water restoration was awesome! (This is an understatement) This is the first major issue I have ever had on a home, and his knowledge and guidance was invaluable. My house was completely flooded by a burst water supply line. He arrived exactly at the scheduled time, and got the right guys on the job! He was able to explain things in a way that was easily understandable, and quickly addressed any and every concern that I had. Even after he had left the house for the night, he made sure I knew what was going on, and the next steps that needed to be taken. He kept an open line of communication at all times in the following days while work progressed and really went above and beyond! Thank you so much Eric!!!

Chase was great at communicating the issue with my running toilet. He was courteous and respectful of my home. The pricing for my repair was great too.

Adam was great! He listened to the issue and even allowed me to rant about it. He explained everything thoroughly to me and showed me what the problem was. He went over and beyond to make sure it was resolved and I’m extremely thankful!

1) Very expensive - Out of pocket $400 for an hour of plumbing work. Flat rate. + I bought the parts to replace my leaky tub faucet. Could probably save this money if I knew to drill the stripped set screw out.

2) Technician was excellent, very neat work, nice tools.

With this cold weather coming in, it is important that you read this before allowing this company to do any work. This company WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE YOU. They lack any type of ethics or moral compass. They took advantage of my wife and charged her $1,200.00 labor to replace a PVC fitting in my front yard. The plumber was here for three hours and he sat in the truck for half of that time. When I called and asked if we come to an agreement on the labor charge, they scoffed. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. THEY ARE HORRIBLE.

Roto-Rooter did a great job detecting and repairing our pipe leak. The crew was professional, respectful of our home, and the water restoration work was excellent. Highly recommended

The service plumber, Fernando was not only friendly but provided professional advice. Fernando was super patient with me and answered all my questions. He was amazing! I will definitely use Rot-to Rooter again!

We placed a request to have them clear up a clogged kitchen drain. They promptly got us into the schedule and were even able to get here earlier than expected.

The plumber, Adam, was skilled, courteous, and thorough. He listened carefully as we discussed the issue that lead us to needing his help. Then, he helpfully walked us through everything he needed to do to resolve the issue as well as other steps he would take to make sure it wouldn’t happen again anytime soon. In no time, he was done and everything was running perfectly again.

Icing on the cake: the final price tag was fair and a great value as a homeowner.

10/10 would recommend to anyone needing plumbing work.

The sewer line coming from my house was clogged at 8:30 PM on a Monday night and water backed up into all of the bathrooms. Roto-Rooter fixed the problem that night and started right away on the mitigation and cleanup. They are fantastic.

Guys were prompt, courteous, thorough! They did short work of setting up and removing equipment to dry the affected area. They gave me good information as to next steps in my reconstruction phase.

Our technician Hidajet did an amazing job troubleshooting and then clearing our sewer line. He also made clear the cost of the service up front and walked me through each step. He also came within 2 hours of my call on a Saturday morning.

My toilet was clogged and my other toilet seemed to have a leak. Fernando was very professional explaining everything that he was performing and reasoning it why there was a leak, clogged toilet, etc. He listened to my concerns since I am on a budget and he worked with me to get my toilets fixed without breaking bank. Once Chase arrived, the job was completed quickly and thoroughly. Very happy with the service. Four stars due to scheduling: original appt was from 10-2:00 the previous day and we will waiting at 8pm. I understand they were busy, and they did automatically book us for the next day.
