We needed this repair today, so that the hot and cold water faucets would be ready for tomorrow’s delivery and installation of a new washing machine. The faucet connections were very old, corroded metal and were leaking. After completing the online scheduling form today, Roto Rooter contacted me right away and the technician Adam completed the work this afternoon! I am very grateful to Adam for doing such a great job with little notice. I hope to have him return for another project that is a disaster waiting to happen with our very old whole house on demand water heater. We have been very pleased with the results of past work done by Roto Rooter and they are the one to call to solve any plumbing issues reasonably and responsibly.

We just got our water heaters replaced. It was a really easy and fast process. We got the quote one day and then the next morning we had two new water heaters. Chase was really kind and spent a lot of time getting us quotes and helping us figure out what we needed. Highly recommend Roto-Rooter if you need a new water heater. Ask for Chase! He’s the best!

The service call from Adam of Roto-Rooter was excellent. He was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient, and took care of my kitchen sink drainpipe issue with great dispatch. RR is a pricy option, but the professionalism and warranty on the work have made it worthwhile for me for many years.

Needed to have my garbage disposal unjammed. Turns out it needed a full replacement. My technician was Adam. He tried several times to get the blades turning again but no go. I was quoted $900 for a full replacement with installation, which was way more than I had anticipated. I went to Home Depot and bought my own while he stayed and installed the old one. When I returned, he installed the new model. Labor from Roto Router was $550. New garbage disposal was $215 (with added warranty).

Adam and Oraine did an amazing job fixing our garbage disposal. They showed up on time, knew exactly what they were doing, and had everything repaired quickly. I contacted Roto rooter to address a fairly simple issue—I needed a replacement flex hose on the water heater (located in the attic via pull-down ladder). When the technician arrived, I notified him of the issue and showed him to the attic. He looked at the attic door, commented on its height, and said that the estimate for this repair was $400. I questioned him on the price, which I KNEW was exorbitant given the simplicity of the repair (it’s a FLEX HOSE!), he said it was due to his “safety.” He promptly left.

There is nothing you can say to justify this price. Roto rooter completely wasted my time. I feel like the tech saw a woman and assumed I wouldn’t be knowledgeable of the issue. That’s ok though; it led me to support a smaller, independently-owned business who quoted a reasonable price, a price that was less than half of what Roto rooter quoted.

This was the best service I have ever had with installing the pump which had gone out and left the bathrooms unusable. Chris, the technician, is an incredible professional and very knowledgeable. He communicated throughout the process and took the time to explain everything that needed to be done. He truly cares about the customer. He an expert and did the work at a fair price. I will always call Roto-Rooter for my plumbing service and ask for Chris.

​I am very disappointed with the service we received. We originally called Roto-Rooter to fix leaks in two bathroom sinks. The technician replaced a couple of hoses and charged us ~$500. He tested it and said it was fine, so we assumed the issue was resolved.
​One month later, the sink is leaking again.
​We called them back and were told the faucet itself is actually the problem—a repair they now want another $549 to complete. Because the original leak wasn't actually fixed, a moisture inspector has now identified water damage in our cabinet. I've been told we may need to remove the sink and tile to inspect for mold, which could cost upwards of $4,000.
​If the technician had correctly identified the faucet as the source of the leak the first time, we would have replaced it immediately and avoided this entire headache. I feel like I paid $500 for a "fix" that did nothing while the actual leak continued to damage my home. I would not recommend them; I don't trust their diagnostics or their pricing.

Very knowledgeable technician came to our house to see why our hot water was in and out. He found some other issues and helped solve the problem and educate us on maintenance of our water tank. He let us take pictures of the corrosion and explained how the previous people who installed the pipes didn’t use the right material. Overall a good experience with them

Mr Adam came and explained so throughly the problem with my water heater after not having any hot water and worked do diligently on replacing and explaining everything about the function of the new one. I was very pleased with him, his professionalism, honesty, and knowledge of what he was doing. He went above and beyond to make me a satisfied customer.
