Very thorough on their piping consultation. I can tell the master plumber was very experienced and knowledgeable. Professional and friendly service.

The Company was very responsive. Contacted them online and called on Christmas eve about a leak during the 2022 big freeze. Got a call back to schedule within an hour! Set up an appointment for the 26th!

Herschel and Jesus were great. Arrived and went to work trying to isolate the leak near my outdoor hose bib. Locating and accessing the pipe provided difficult, but Herschel entertained the idea of accessing the pipe via the small breezeway access from the garage to the house. He was able to enter the space and install a shutoff valve to isolate the leaky pipe and enable us to turn on the water. Definitely above and beyond expectations. Fair price as well. Definitely would recommend this company.

Herschel arrived ahead of schedule, got straight to work, and got my water heater going again without up sell on unnecessary replacements.

Polite and friendly. The problem took a long time to diagnose. The water heater thermopile and igniter repair cost was so high that we are waiting and will get estimates to replace the water heater.
My feeling is that they didn’t usually do this kind of electrical/mechanical repair on water heaters.
