Unfortunately I had a terrible experience with Texas Plumbing. I contacted them because I was needing a licensed plumber to do a gas inspection before centerpoint could turn on the gas to the house. At first contact Nathan was great, very responsive and quickly got me on the schedule for the next morning at 9am.

I scheduled someone to be at the house from then on. They did not show up until 1PM. They never called me letting me know they would be delayed. I had to call several times to get an update on what the plan was. Nathan apologized and said he'd work with us on the pricing, which never happened.

While they were there we asked if they could look at why 2 of my plumbing fixtures were not working. The gentleman let me know the diverters were bad and would need replacement. I approved them to continue with the fix, and after the work was done, turns out that wasn't the issue but rather a simple fix that required no parts or much effort. I discussed this issue with Nathan to express my frustration of how I could have potentially saved $300 (the cost to replace the diverters, which only $80 of it was for parts), and he said he'd talk to his technician and would get back to me on the situation. He never did, but were quick to send me an invoice.

The story goes on and on, but the point is the communication was awful. I work for a reputable residential/commercial builder and have been exposed to terrible subcontractors, but you just never get used to how unprofessional some of them are. I wish I would have just pulled off my plumber from one of my jobs and had him do me this solid rather than seeking for someone else.

I highly recommend Texas Plumbing. They came out the same day I called and fixed my issues. They were on time and reasonably priced. I will definitely use them for all my plumbing needs in the future.!

Mr. Renfro completed work on my damage main line water leak. He got the job based on his honesty, professionalism and his initiative to assess the job thoroughly while other potential contractors stood around. He explained various options and completed the job in a very timely manner and left the area clean. Overall I had an exceptional experience with Mr. Renfro and Texas Plumbing!!

Disappointed with the customer service and professionalism. Had a plumbing emergency at 7am and texas plumbing was one of few companies open at the time. I called them and they told me plumber would come i the window of 8:15-9:15am. I got a text as confirmation with the name of the plumber. I called back at 9:45am wondering where the plumber was and i was told i need to be rescheduled to after 12pm.

As a future recommendation and common courtesy, i suggest you notify customers before their service window is over that you need to reschedule.

I called them around eight a.m. about repairing or replacing my kitchen faucet (I thought they would have to replace it). I made an appointment for ten o’clock. James called at 8:48 and said he could come right away, but I wasn’t quite ready for him so asked him to wait thirty minutes. He came, was able to fix the faucet (it turned out to be a minor problem), and also tightened up the sprayer hose and checked a leak in my bathtub faucet. And it didn’t cost much at all. I love Texas Plumbing! I just wish I’d discovered them years ago.

Great service can be hard to find especially when you need help quickly. Texas Plumbing fit us in on short notice and provided professional and high quality work.
I would highly recommend them and will use them for all my plumbing needs. I really appreciate the prompt courteous service I received from Nathan and Texan Plumbing. Thank you!

Awesome, Fast, Professional, Great Knowledge, diagnosed problem and was prepared, had tools and parts available on the Truck!!! He was in,out and clean as a whistle!!!!

After the surprise winter storm the main pipe busted in 6 areas and flooded the house. They came out the day scheduled and repaired the pipe and verified there were no additional leaks/breaks.

Thank you all SO MUCH for coming so quickly and resolving the repair needed the same day so we can move forward with getting the house back to normal.

If you want honest quality work call them!

Predatory pricing! Nice gentlemen came by to give me an in-person estimate. They quoted me over $4,000 dollars to run a 10 foot gas line. This was about three thousand over the highest estimate. Job ended up being done professionally for less than $500 labor and less than $100 in parts. BUYER BEWARE!

At first they didn’t even notice the leak. I’m glad that part and connecting the water line was an easy task. But when reconnecting the sink stopper, they failed to use the sink stopper that went with the faucet, box with picture was right there. So still don’t have solution for the stopper and my brand new toilet lid is now permanently scratched (maybe something in their back pocket when they sat down?) but this is not acceptable.

Showed up hours after being contacted and immediately went to work to clear the problem. Very professional. Finding a good plumber that you can TRUST is not easy - Nathan at Texas Plumbing is now my go to. I highly recommend you do the same.

Our experience with Texas Plumbing was great. They were quick to reply and arrive. Did an excellent job on the installation and cleaned up before they left. If needed I will not hesitate to call them again.

This was my first time using this company and I will definitely use them again in the future if a plumbing issue arises. They were reasonable on prices and timely. They came out the next day after my call and made the repairs needed.

They immediately started inspecting areas of my concern. Determined one concern was not a problem. The next concern was a clogged sewer. They determined roots to be the problem, discussed options and cleared out as best they could until I see estimates on the options. Great crew and will highly recommend them.

Nathan and Jason were incredibly professional, so polite and very thorough. They replaced our pipes and faucets expertly and were very meticulous. Rosa also was so kind and empathetic and was very responsive in making appointments. They even arranged the drywallers to come the same day to close up the openings. The best experience I’ve ever had with a plumbing company ever. I’m so grateful how quickly they came to fix our problems after the iconic winter storm in Texas. I totally recommend them and am so grateful to them!

My moms toilets wouldn't flush. I called them and they said they could come out the same day. Mom said she could wait, so they came out 1st thing the next day. The tech was very nice, knowledgeable, and fixed the problem. Very reasonably priced, tons of knowledge, and quick. I would DEFINATLY used them again and refer them to anyone. Thank you again

Nate and his team were phenomenal! They installed a new waterline, a drain, and dryer vent. Additionally, they fixed a water heater issue we were having at another location. Arrived early and finish the job sooner than I would’ve expected. Great experience!
