I had to replace my water heater through Home Depot. Daniel Garcia the installer was awesome. He called and gave me the timeline as to when he'd be at my house and actually arrived in the time he said he would. I was very impressed with that! He was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. He took the time to thoroughly explain what he was going to do and went over each item that he would be replacing with the water heater. Once done, his clean up was great! Great job!

Great service. Perez the person who came to install the toilet did a great job and he also explained the difference between the bowl sizes for my bathroom area. He was quick on installation and took the old toilet away with him. I would highly recommend this company.

Had my Kitchen sink replaced by Greg who went above expectations in completing in a timely manner, but even replaced a damaged small part that was causing a prior small leak . He fully explained the new faucet touch and climate controls and cleaned up all good! Like the good old days! 😊

Plumber/Toilet Installer, Taylor was absolutely great. I have changed three toilets via installers over the last 2 years. Taylor is by far the best. Very professional, knowledgeable and able to explain in layman's language. He needs to teach others how to be very professional and knowledgeable with interacting with consumer/me.

This company did such an amazing job assisting us. I called to get a quote for our ancient gas water heater that finally went out. I spoke with Victoria who was very knowledgable. She walked me through the process and answered all my questions. I had mentioned that we had a few plumbers coming to give us a quote for the service. She recommended that I still set up an appointment to have someone come out and that they price match. Joe P. was sent out to fix our water heater. He did such an amazing job. He was personable, honest, and worked quickly to get our water heater up and running. I will forever recommend this company. They are very reasonably priced and did such a stellar job.

Robert Thomas my assigned faucet installer was courteous and timely. He educated me on process before installation. He made sure everything fit properly and made sure there were no leaks and that I was happy with install and cleaned everything before leaving. He did a beautiful job and I am so pleased.

This is a great company to work with. They had previously installed a hybrid water heater for me, which has been working very well, but I realized the installer forgot to add a "tee" on the condensate drain line as an access opening to flush the line. I called them to ask about it and they had someone come out the next morning to install the "tee" access. Logan, the plumber who did the installation, and another plumber who was there were very nice and courteous, as well as the two people I spoke with on the phone. Although I used this company because it was through Home Depot, I would recommend them to anyone who needs a water heater installed.

Our plumber was efficient and helpful. We live in a very old house and made sure our plumbing was up to date. He worked diligently in inclement weather until the job was done.

Recently had a new toilet installed that we purchased at Home Depot. Patrick at Same Day Water Heaters did the installation for us. Must say that Patrick did a great job and cleaned up before leaving. We were very impressed with his performance.

David came to install a new Toilet for us that we bought from Home Depot. He was super friendly and knowledgeable. He kept us informed of his arrival time (we had terrible rain storms that day) and he still showed up with a smile on. He cleaned up everything and took away all the trash. This company Same Day Water Heaters have installed my water heater and now my garbage disposal. They sent efficient installers, called before they came and did an excellent job in a timely manner. I do recommend them and Home Depot for service.
