Today, a driver from RM Raven was driving dangerously — speeding, cutting people off, and showing no regard for safety. This kind of reckless driving is unacceptable, especially from a company vehicle. Please train your drivers to share the road responsibly.

You should seriously get your business license revoked. I can tell by the reviews this isn’t your first time being reckless on the roads. Cutting off people, switching lanes like a psychopath, holding the horn the entire time!!! He can’t even drive in a straight line on an empty lane. You’re gonna get someone killed. Do better.

John Moore has excellent people who truly represent the company’s values. They keep their promise to assess the job before charging anything, and their technicians are extremely knowledgeable. I highly recommend this company. I used them for my A/C system and was very satisfied with the service.

Frank was outstanding! He was thorough and very detail oriented. He even contacted Kohler to see if there was a special tool to more easily remove the more high-end Kohler part being replaced. Outstanding John Moore representative, extremely polite and left the work area very clean. Truly impressive and we will used John Moore again when the need arises.

Two highly qualified an erricient guys. Did a varmet prevention job.
They did not however give me a receipt for my $2,000. plus service.
But they did schedule a one week F/U visit. on following friday, the 19th at 10:00 AM.
They stood me up. I got there early and stayed an extra hour, just in case I was mistaken on the time.
I understand though; they already have their money.

I previously used JohnMoore for another service on a different house i own, and they were excellent in what they did.

I will probably call Abacas for the work on my never ending problems I have on several other rental houses I own.

Jacob diagnosed the problem and recommended testing to pinpoint the actual location of the problem. Two other techs came to do a smoke test so that a repair could be recommended. All the techs were vey respectful of the property, courteous and professional and cleaned up after their work was complete.

Noah was the BEST technician we prayed for. VERY kind and VERY knowledgeable regarding our need for repair to our water heater. He always smiled and answered any questions we had in a clear and understandable way. He is by far the MOST OUTSTANDING techinician I have every dealt with! Day 1: Frank was the scout and estimator for the gas line inspections. Did a great job. Very personable and friendly.

Day 2: First crew could not get the ticket, so Frank filled in and got the job done. Definitely ask for Frank when you call John Moore for service!

Jorje and Gildardo the two Technicians that installed my new furnace did a great job!!!!! They were both very fast and professional in the manner they did the work (ie they did not leave a trace that they were in my home). They completed their part of the job within 4 hours. Great Job guys!!!!!!

John Moore sent out Jamail Muhammad to help us with our HVAC issues. He was very knowledgeable about what the best solutions would be for us and because of his help, we were able to get our system fixed. Josue B., representative from John Moore services, represented the great qualities as advertised. He was on time when the service was scheduled. He explained what my problem was and explained what was needed to fix it. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and patient.

Courteous and prompt service for my annual heating check up. Will was a great service tech and he checked everything out and made a few recommendations to improve our heating/AC system. He was right on time and communicated well about his arrival time. He installed the proper overflow valves that were needed in my attic.

Daniel from John Moore was fantastic! He came out promptly to unclog our kitchen sink and was professional, courteous, and incredibly knowledgeable from start to finish. He took the time to explain what was causing the issue and made sure everything was fully resolved before leaving.

The customer service was incredible from the first contact. The were quick to respond, quick to schedule and the technician was prompt, knowledgeable, friendly and no hard sales, even though we were in no position to not replace our water heater. Highly recommend both John Moore and Jonathan Ortiz, the tech.
