I called Same Day Water Heaters whom is authorized by Home Depot to install Rheem water heater for them. They had their technician Nick Brower to pick up the water heater from Home Depot to bring to my house within the time line mentioned to me that morning . Nick answered all my questions, install the water heater & address my concerns. Ask for Nick

Dennis did a great job installing the toilet. He was here first thing in the morning, made sure everything was level, and cleaned up everything once he as finished. We are very satisfied with his service.

Robert Thomas from Same Day Water Heaters and Plumbing was sent out to me to install a new toilet. The installation was done efficiently, without any problems. him and the young man who accompanied him were very professional and courteous throughout the process. i would definitely recommend him for any plumbing needs.

I’d almost given up getting our Home Depot toilet installed due to many communication errors with lady at Pro Desk. Thank goodness for ZANDIE with Same Day!! She completely handled and erased all the install problems! I’m so sorry I forgot the installers name but he was personable, professional, and patient when problems with old plumbing arose. He did a fantastic job!! Thanks again, ZANDIE!! If anyone from company responds to this please include installers name. He was the best.

Same Day Plumbing did an exceptional job. They were thoughtful and very tidy. They installed our toilets and caulked around them proffesionally. We plan on hiring them again.

Patrick was amazing!!! He went out of his way to make sure my toilet was installed properly on the day of service even though the bolts were missing from the box. I would definitely request him again. He was polite and friendly and skilled.

Dennis from Same Day Water Heaters did an excellent job disconnecting and reinstalling our kitchen faucet and garbage disposal after a countertop installation by Home Depot. Dennis was very professional, and he carefully and meticulously proceeded with the installations. Everything looks and works great!

The plumber, Scott Ledbetter, did an excellent job explaining what was needed & installing my water heater. Only gave the company a 4 because I was bumped from the original appointment time to the next day. No notification was given of the change until I called to check arrival status. Very inconvenient.

Logan did an excellent job of installing my toilet. He was very knowledgeable and answered my many questions, especially on replacing the pus/pull stop valve. Additional fee to replace the valve.

Our installer, Jesse, was so accommodating and kept us informed constantly. He was professional and so very helpful. This turned out to be more time consuming as the old heater was out of code. He explained it thoroughly and completed the job perfectly. His brother was also helpful. Thank you for working us in so quickly. .

I had a worry-free replacement of my 19-year old gas water heater through Home Depot. The plumber/technician, Daniel Garcia, was professional and knowledgeable. He listened to the concerns that I had regarding the Rheem model that I chose and reassured me of its quality and longetivity. He worked methodically and cleaned up after the work was done. He left a contact number that I can use if any issues arose but thankfully it all worked out fine.

Our water heater died and we bought a new one from Home Depot and it was installed by Sam Day Water Heaters. They did a great job. Very professional, very friendly, great communication before/during/after, and very fast. I highly recommend them.

I had someone come out and install my sink. I had originally scheduled it for one day but the delivery got delayed. I called their office and they contacted dispatch to push the installation back a day. The installer called me 45 minutes ahead of his arrival and got to me on time. He opened the delivered item and made sure I had everything needed to begin. He installed my sink in good timing and made sure I liked the finished product. He took pictures and gave me a few tips on how to get the best use out of my sink. Highly recommended company ! Hoping to use them for some other home projects in the future.

This service was scheduled as part of Home Depot installation in that the price was very fair and reasonable as I have gotten costs from other plumbing services that was about 45% higher!!
