Plumber gave an estimate of $300-400 and then charged my credit card without permission for over $1200. My camera in front of my property shows that he was here for only 4 hours and 15 mins but charged me for 8 hours. Also the issue was not even resolved. Worst plumbing service in Houston and a total scam

Asked for a simple install of a garbage disposal. After the install the electricity did not work in the kitchen. The plumber eventually left saying we needed to call an electrician. The electrician was $500 to fix the kitchen. Gemini plumbing then threatened to put a lien on our house over the $180 bill for their "services." AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Brandon was dispatched to us quickly. He was very courteous and knowledgeable. Took care of our problem very quickly. Very dependable. Will only use Gemini Plumbing.

This company is an absolute ripoff. Stay away!! Excessively charged for replacing two shutoff valves and provided all the reasons why it was legitimate. Read the other reviews, its the same ripoff theme every time.

the technicians were nice, they really tried. But they failed at what they were trying to do -- and I had to pay for their mistake, Totally dissatisfied and will not use them again. And I will not recommend them to anyone.

These are good guys, responded quickly and took care of my problem. Replace the leaking connections and had water back on in a matter of 20 minutes. I trust them to do the job right the first time ...

This company makes money by having big contracts with businesses that own retail spaces. The tenants have no choice but to use these plumbers and thus they can charge whatever they want and the tenant has no choice. For example, they came out daily to check our space while construction. They walked around for less then 5 minutes a day for 3 days. Did not touch a pipe and charged us 552 dollars in labor. They dont care about customer service because they dont need to. They will be paid because they have these big contracts regardless of what kind of service they do. They just need to make the landlord happy. Also any owner or business representative who makes a comment to a customer online like the one previous to mine is proof enough not to use them.

Never used this company but I did witness one of their box trucks pulling out onto Northpark Drive in Kingwood this morning during rush hour. The driver had no regard for the cars coming and multiple cars had to swerve and slam on their brakes to avoid hitting the truck. This happened around 7:27am. Shame on you for hiring inexperienced drivers that could care less about other people on the road!

I used Gemini Plumbing Several times in the past few months and have been over billed each time. The first bill charged me 3 hours for the plumber and 8 hours for the apprentice, all at the overtime rate because it was a Saturday. When I looked at my cameras to see how long they were here it showed the truck was here for four hours. When I called I was told that I was being charge for the time they spent picking up materials. Really? Four hours to pick up materials. I then made the mistake of using them two more times and was over billed both times. Lesson learned. I will find a new plumber for my business.

My experience was not terrible. However, they were late (by hours). When they man came, he had to go back because he forgot a tool. These things are tolerable (traffic, other clients, miscommunication between workers and main office can be issues) but never make for a good first impression. He was courteous and helpful, and said the issue was the drain field and toilet. Not too much effort was put into looking at the septic system, because he didn't discover what a different company did a day later (corroded cast iron). Proposal was sent quickly to my email. 3950 for drain field, pumping out the septic tank, toilet installation (toilet not provided). That's it.

The worst driver on North Post Oak. They didn't come to a complete stop at the red light and then swerved out of the right-turn-only lane to go straight at a red in front of a school.

We couldn't be more pleased with this company. The gentleman (yes - gentleman) was on time, courteous, patient and very thorough in explaining his assessment to us and correcting something our contractor should have done in the first place. You can tell he just wants to his job the right way, and is wanting to save us money by coming up with an easier solution than doing a complete tear-out. Just wish we had asked him for his name!

Everyone at the company were friendly and I felt they cared about my problems. They were prompt and efficient. The plumber was knowledgeable and quickly fixed all my problems. I definitely recommend this company.

My complex called them because of damage to the inside of our home from an apparent water leak. They believed it was coming from inside the home, instead of outside, making it our responsibility. $675 later, they tore up our walls, but of course no leak was found. They charged me an hour and a half of labor while driving to my townhome (we’re 30 minutes away), and added a $50 credit card fee, neither of which was communicated or explained beforehand. They are one of those companies that makes their money off of nickel and diming you, and throwing in hidden charges at the end. Will NEVER use again.

Today, one of their box truck drivers recklessly ran me off the road while I had my small children in the car. This was not just careless driving—it was aggressive, dangerous, and completely unacceptable.

Gemini Plumbing does an excellent job. They recently installed a new dishwasher, hauled away the old one and fixed my toilet. We've been using them for over 30 years and have always had great results. I highly recommend them.

The driver of the box truck, a bald guy with a big nose, decided to ride my bumper and lay on the horn while I drove the speed limit. He could have easily gone around me but chose to harass me from behind. Then he finally got into the right lane where he shot the bird at me and swerved into my lane to run me off the road I guess... or scare me. I don't know. I was able to move to the left lane to get away from him. Thank goodness he exited off beltway 8! I can't even begin to guess what set this guy off.

I noticed several reviews about driving issues. Could it be the same guy? Is the owner possibly the terrible driver who should be drug tested and possibly fired or at least never allowed to drive again?

In any case, I know what plumbing company I won't be using!

Came out to our business and replaced some pipes. In the process of fixing pipes, the plumber broke our water heater. When we pointed it out to him, he refused to take responsibility. The owner and plumber are rude, with poor customer service. I would not recommend.

Your people are always prompt. My husband thinks you are too expensive. I think a job done right, with quality parts is worth a lot. I do wish there were more parts on the truck so that I didn’t have to pay for all that travel time when I had told the phone receptionist exactly what I needed replaced and the brand. But, you do a terrific job, always.
