Linc Electric/Redfin Plumbing has been AMAZING to work with. We purchased a generator a year ago and they have done such a fantastic job. Their customer service dept and technicians ARE ON IT! Always calling ahead and serving the generator proactively!!

Redfin was able to accommodate a same day appointment for a clogged line and leak which was a huge relief. Deon arrived when expected and besides being courteous and respectful, he has a great sense of humor and gave me helpful tips. He was very knowledgeable and got the job done in no time.

A wonderful experience setting up the generator. He took his time explaining to us how it works and the maintenance for the machine. I feel very confident that when we lose our power we will know how the generator will turn on and how to check and change the oil.

The whole house filtration system installation was not completed apparently due to tools breaking. The garage wall now has a hole with no progress being made. The plumber had poor communication and did not discuss other less evasive repair options. His attitude was poor and indicative of someone who is inpatient and inexperienced. Please send someone else more experience and professional to flush lines and install the whole house filtration system in the attic to prevent multiple 90 degree turns. Please note, the tenant reported that the kitchen faucet aerator is cleaned almost on a daily basis. So there is sediment in the lines that need to be flushed. The same company flushed the lines less than 4 months ago.

Generator was easy to obtain, service was timely, and everyone that worked with me was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. I ran into some slowdown with the city inspections, but Linc made the process easy and kept me informed.

We couldn't be more happy with the services that Redfin Plumbing provided for us. Not only do we have complete confidence that their work is excellent, but their customer service is also excellent. They had to dig a 4 ft tall by 3 ft wide tunnel that was almost 80 ft long under our foundation to get to a pipe and replace it. They completely filled up our driveway with the soil from under our house, and across the street in an empty lot. When they were done with the job, they cleaned up so well that you can't tell that they were here. I would recommend Redfin to anyone.

I purchased a whole home generator along with annual maintenance plan. Not only did they not come to perform any annual service until I called and asked for it, but when the power went out due to utility loss. My generator switch didn’t even work or send power to my home. It took two days to even get a technician to show up and address the ATS and generator.

Just finished up my install of my generator with Linc Plumber. If you’re looking for one, go no anywhere else. The whole crew is awesome from the online quote, to the official quote (Marcus) (btw they were off by 200 bucks) to the install (Juan and Johnny), too finalizing the install with Calvin and Juan. The staff is young, but so detailed, motivated, courteous and knowledgeable. I will do business with Linc for along time. Just moving in from Maryland, these guys were great. Last comment, they were more worried about making sure I was good with service, than the money I owed them. Linc is who you want to use now and in future. Most better watch out for them, they are building quite the team.

We had an active water leak where our sink was spraying from the faucet and underneath the sink. There was standing water inside our cabinets, water soaking through the wood, and it was dripping onto our floor. We shut off our water immediately and were referred by our builder to LINC Plumbing, which advertises itself as a 24-hour plumbing service.
After leaving a voicemail, a very kind woman called back and told us a technician would be sent out soon. A few minutes later, a man named Tyrell (or Turell) called me with one of the worst attitudes I’ve ever experienced in customer service. Instead of offering help, he questioned whether it was “really an emergency,” made comments like “don’t you have kids, it’s kinda late,” and repeatedly emphasized how late it was — despite them advertising 24-hour service.

They never showed up.

When we called again the next morning, we were flat-out told they were not coming at all because they decided it was our builder’s problem. No help, no solution, no professionalism.
Advertising 24-hour emergency service and then refusing to respond to an active water leak is unacceptable. On top of that, Tyrell’s customer service was absolutely terrible and dismissive during a stressful situation involving property damage.
This is easily one of the worst plumbing businesses we’ve dealt with. If you value professionalism, reliability, or basic respect as a customer, I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere.

I couldn’t be more impressed with Linc Plumbing! They arrived right on time and immediately gave me confidence with how professional and prepared they were. My water heater had been giving me issues for weeks, and after having other companies come out without being able to solve the problem, I was starting to lose hope.

These guys took the time to explain everything clearly, diagnosed the issue quickly, and actually fixed what others couldn’t. The whole process was smooth, and I appreciated how honest and transparent they were throughout. Now my water heater is running perfectly again.
