Thank you, Jared, for your excellent service. He did a thorough job of explaining the issues with the garbage disposal and the steps needed to fix it. He pointed out that the previous installation ( by my ex-husband) did not involve replacing the hoses, which ultimately caused the new disposal to break. Jared replaced everything, and we truly appreciate his honesty regarding the necessary repairs. Since then, we haven’t had any issues. I’ve been a loyal customer of this company for years and will continue to trust them with our plumbing needs.

Capital Care service came in a very timely manner, were very courteous and knowledgeable. James was so courteous and helpful in dealing with our problem. He took time to listen to me and explain what the problem was. Very fair pricing and wonderful care and service! Will definitely call them whenever I have plumbing problems.

Had a garden hose stuck on a hose bib. Needed to cover it before the upcoming freeze (Feb 3rd, 2022)......... Tried to remove the hose with Channel Locks and had the hose bib "explode" and start spewing water all over. To make things more interesting. The hose bib was also in line with the main water line feeding into the house. (A horrible design idea by the way!) James and Zee with Capital Care Plumbing ended up working out in the cold that night but did a great job replacing/repairng the line. If you need a plumber for an emergency or non-emergency, these are the guys to call!

Second time using this company to fix our problems with pipes, totally professional and polite, great attention, attitude and service, they explain everything and help you with all your doubts, totally recommended, thanks Jared and happy new year!

We had Jared from Capital Care Plumbing help identify and fix gas line leak in our attic today. We’ve had him come help with numerous projects at our house over the last three years. Always impressed by Capital Care Plumbing! Jared came out and identified the issue with my disposal and fixed it immediately. He also took the time to check all my other plumbing and water heater to make sure everything was in good shape. Stellar customer service!

We’ve used them a few times. They are very responsive. But we noticed a trend of upselling on every service. And this last visit they “diagnosed” our toilet’s problem with what we had called in and thought might be the issue. Except they were looking at the wrong toilet!! The one they looked at just had those same parts replaced and was working fine. Red flag. I trust companies that can tell when there isn’t a problem and when there is one.

Our business has used Capital Plumbing twice and we highly recommend them! Stephen’s quality of service was impeccable, and we could not be happier with his service work. He spent hours on a weekend to snake & jet our plumbing, plus run a camera to ensure the lines were clear. He worked quickly, professionally and left the area clean in great repair. We received a 30 day work warranty, plus it was very affordable.

We had fantastic service with Jared and Brian. They installed a new hot water heater for us and did a great job. Jared was very thorough in explaining the problem and answered all my questions. They were prompt and extremely efficient with their time. We will continue to use Capital Care in the future!

Jared and team at Capital Care have done a lot of work for me over time including replacing water heaters and toilets, unclogging drain lines, and updating gas line connections. They are very professional and always do quality work at competitive prices.

We are a very satisfied costumer of Capital Care Plumbing. Thanks to Jared and Cisco who never gave up on removing the trim kit even though it is almost impossible to pull it out. And took time to look for a part to change our shower faucet. You guys are the best and so professional! This company is highly recommended with their professionalism, promptness, highly standard quality service and has a very reasonable price. At least we are never charged 3000 dollars(which was first estimated by another company), and thank God our tiles were never removed (as recommended by the other company which they say was the only option to replace the trim kit). Thanks to James,the owner, who is always responding to my husband's call and giving us options so we could minimize expenses. You guys deserve five stars.

Jared and Cisco installed a water softener system at my house today. They were both awesome, did a very clean install, and explained everything the whole way through.

My water heater went out at night and these guys were there by 9 am the next morning. Jared and Tray were informative, deliberate, and extremely helpful. They helped me avoid a potentially much worse situation. Would recommend to anyone and will absolutely be calling them back out if needed in the future.

Called late 7/28 and Jonathan arrived within the hour! Thoroughly explained the situation and was transparent about all costs. Very friendly and knowledgeable. 2 gentlemen came the very next morning and quickly replaced our water heater. Very pleasant experience – everyone we met represented the company beautifully.
Hopefully we won’t need to see them again soon but if an issue arises, my complete confidence is in Capital Care! 🙌🏼
