Sarah was amazing! She, Calvin & Marcus are all exceptional at what they do. Sarah, came to do a pre-site evaluatio, just to understand the scope of work and hear my concerns. Yesterday she completed the work in great time, with accuracy, and the best attitude! She was really a joy to have around the house helping. We have been having generator issues non-stop since installing our generator with a different company. Calvin reviewed the generator and got us back online in no time! His expertise was able to diagnose the issue quickly and help us for future concerns. We will also start to use you guys for maintenance now! Marcus was called in to help towards the end. He had to come deliver his expertise in residential electrical wiring even though he is currently in sales. His ability to step outside his current role and help us execute our final electrical item was greatly appreciated! It is tough for us to take a day off of work and spend a day at the house to manage these types of things. Redfin made it a breeze and didn't waste our time!

Excellent service. It was so easy to schedule an appointment. I received a reminder text before the arrival of Tristen. He was very professional and diagnosed quickly the problem. He finished the job and cleaned the area as he found. The charge was accurate as said in our phone conversation. Let’s just start off by saying Awesome! I was refer to Linc by my Sister. Now I see why! From start to finish they were helpful and patient with me. Being a military Vet, they were considerate of my disability. They are a trustworthy company because they didn’t take advantage of me with pricing. Ask for Kenda a major help and Big shoutout to Tristen for his integrity.

We have been complaining for months about a possible leak at our century communities home. It has gotten worse, we were charged for 27,000 gallons of water this month on our water bill and we got the city involved. They said we need to get with our builder asap. I called it in friday night and got the emergency repair and warranty dept. The plumbers called me and said they cant come because even though they are on call, they are at a company event and dont want to leave. He said he would send some one on sunday and asked for a good time, i said 10 am. At around 9:45 i called and said are yall still coming and he said no.
He then told me he thinks the leak is coming from a bathroom, and they need to tear out the drywall to access it. But they will only do it if its an emergency, and they dont deem it it that serious. So they cancelled our appointment all together and said they would come some other day. The foundation is wet near the leak and we havent had rain in weeks but these guys wont come out and take a look. This could cause serious damage to our foundation but because some kid they put in charge doesnt think its important, they wont come and look at it. What a joke. If your buikder uses these companies, i would stay far away.

We can always count on Jared at Capital Care Plumbing. This time, he helped replace a very old garbage disposal that suddenly leaked water all over our kitchen floor. Jared and his helper came the same day I called -- the Friday after Thanksgiving -- and they brought all items needed to replace the disposal (and upgrade to a better, quieter one!) and three corroded valves beneath the sink which were original to the house. In the process, Jared determined we had another leak that may have been there awhile, so we will follow his advice and have the floor of the cabinet checked and treated for potential mold. We thank Jared for his good humor, his quick work, his professionalism, and his concern in doing the work for us cost effectively. He has helped us with several plumbing issues through the years, and I highly recommend him and Capital Care Plumbing.

James, Jonathan and their team were the dream team! We had unexpected major plumbing issues and they were detailed, always available when needed, and did things with excellence. They get permits with the city which was a HUGE plus for us. They took care of us from start to finish! If you want things done right the first time and amazing customer service, choose them!

This is the second time we have called Capital Care Plumbing to our house (for separate issues) and we are more than pleased on the service and professional attributes of all team members that have come out. This time Jared and Jude helped to install a natural gas hookup for a generator but they also checked on 2 other issues for me to put my mind at ease. I had a clogged drain for my washing machine and contacted James at Capital Care plumbing at 7:45am and he was out to my house by 9am the same day. He was so kind and explained everything he was doing. I knew I could trust him the moment I met him. Capital Care is definitely reasonably priced. He did an excellent job and I definitely will call him again in the future if I’ve run into any other problems.

We have used Capital Care multiple times over the last few years. They are very responsive, thorough and transparent. Recently we had an issue with a toilet that was difficult to figure out and the first plumber who came was unable to diagnose the problem. James the owner came out himself to resolve the issue and make sure everything was working correctly. I was very impressed with how quickly he returned my call and addressed our problem. We will continue to call Capital Care when we need a plumber and recommend them to others.

Mr James came out last night and fixed a pipe in my attic that I tried doing my self. He was super nice and explained while it didn’t hold and literally walked me step by step to fix it the right way. He did a fantastic job and would recommend him if your looking for a great company!!!

I contacted Capital Care for a kitchen sink pipe leak. Frank arrived on time and listened to my problem and quickly diagnosed that the issue was from the faucet which needed replacement. Frank provided detailed answers to all of my questions and quoted fair and reasonable pricing, at which I also replaced my failing garbage disposal. The service I received was the result of prompt, professional and awesome workmanship.

Had a wonderful experience today with Jared and Shelby! They were absolutely fantastic and super knowledgeable. They completed the fix in no time and had our water back up quickly! Great company - will be using them from now on!
