It was a pleasure working with this company. They were on time and very efficient.

Clint with Linc Electric was awesome! Explained the generator install process and what he could and couldn’t do gave me a great deal. Sarah and Juan were awesome at the install and explained the set and maintenance of the system. Glad Linc was referred to me and I will do the same and refer them to my friends and family.

I only use this company because it is the entity David Weekley hired to build my residence. I called last week with a service request.
I was reassured that someone would be coming to my house today at 10:00am. No other calls were made to confirm or cancel the appointment. I assume there is no way no one will show up. I leave my office to come to my house and it is no 10:30 am. The answering service they use has taken my call twice and no one has returned my call. I am now wasting valuable time from work without a response. Disappointing !!!!!!!

I cannot recommend more strongly Redfin Plumbing and specifically Junior Morales, who has provided us excellent services at a very reasonable price.
Last year we had some work done by a large reputable company. At that time, we asked for and were given a bid of nearly $800 to replace the cartridge of the shower control in one bathroom. The dripping got worse and with some trepidation we called Redfin. Mr. Morales came out, on time, and I went over items on our Plumbing list, including the shower cartridge, replacing a defunct tub spout with diverter, and two separate modifications on gas lines on the exterior of the house. He lumped the water plumbing tasks together and the gas line tasks together and the total was about $100 LESS than the previous bid for the shower cartridge alone. We scheduled the work and he arrived on time and knocked out those projects.
At that time, I discussed with him whole house water filtration/treatment systems. He gave us good advice and after I'd done additional research on available systems, we scheduled that work. This time he was actually early to arrive. SThe system was installed neatly and professionally and now we no longer battle the lime scale!
Thank you Redfin Plumbing, and especially Junior Morales: we've found our plumber for all future needs.

P.S.: he also threw in a flushing of our hot water heater on the first visit!

Service tech was on time & very respectful. The price quoted was a bit excessive, on my opinion. I didn’t get a price breakdown.

Sarah Cochran was awesome, very professional, friendly and super knowledgeable. She took the time to answer all of my questions and left me feeling confident I can properly maintain my generator moving forward.

None of the service listed is what I got done. They completed the installation of a gas line and they did a great job. We also did a little education on the electrical hook up. The service was compatible to what I had and the technician tested out everything for me . Great job.

Alex, the technician was very professional, clear and simple to understand. There was no charge involved, it falls under builder warranty.

So far, so good. Technician came out and fully explained the process of installing a whole home generator. She was professional & patient despite countless questions especially in reference with our HOA guidelines.

Cannot say enough good things about Sara when she came out to do our generator orientation. . .from the hello to the handshake goodbye, she was professional and was able to explain in layman's terms that made sense.

Sara walked me through every step of the process I needed to do on my end to insure the long-life of our generator.

I would highly recommend Sara and her supporting team at Linc for any of your electrical needs.

While the service technician did not let us he was in route, however, once he arrived he diagnosed the problem before coming to the door.

He then. knocked on the and let us know what he found. He showed us where the leak was and gave us quote before going to Home Depot to find the psrts necessary to fix the problem.

Once he turned he completed the repairs once he returned. He only came back to the front door after replacing the part that had splint due to age temperature changes overtime.

Devan was super knowledgeable, extremely friendly, and never once felt like he was pressuring me into a sale. Great communication leading up to our appointment time. He arrived promptly when he said he would. I would highly recommend Devan to anyone looking for a whole home generator!

Sebastian was able to fix our emergency plumbing situation and was very knowledgeable, great service!
