Working with Rosy has been such a delight. Very thoughtful and helps me to understand the benefits of a maintenance plan. Having them come periodically to check and make sure things are right eliminates so many emergencies! And it helps us to budget properly.

Had James, the master plumber, come to my house today to fix some of the plumbing for my water heater. He did a fantastic job, was very professional. Great man and a greater business owner.

The technician Stephen was very knowledgeable and gave my elderly Mom options to fix a 50 year plus kitchen faucet. He keep the updated fixture simply much to her approval.

Hope was very professional from scheduling the appiontment to giving a courtesy call and text as to when the technician was to arrive.

They sent Stephen to do the work and we couldn’t be more pleased. He’s a real professional guy and did a great job fixing our problems. CCP and Stephen are our “go to” people in the future.

Capital care plumbing was a life saver. James the master plumberwas totally professional in all aspects in business and was looking out for my best interest. His apprentice Trey was also very professional has a bright future. They came to my house within 20 min of call. They are 100% legit.

When we called Capital Care Plumbing and I spoke to Frank, he promptly came out within the hour. He assessed my plumbing problem and explained to me what he was going to do. He resolved my plumbing issue within 15 minutes. He was very professional, polite, and efficient. I would highly recommend this company based upon my experience and services performed were a reasonable cost.

Hope answered the phone and connected me to James for more information about a gas-related issue at our home. James took the time to walk me through what I thought was a problem with our gas fireplace, and was able to trouble-shoot the issue without making a service call. It was refreshing to speak with a highly trained professional and we will be referring/using them in the future. Highly recommend!

Frank arrived, assessed the situation, explained how he would fix it, and came back to me with an estimate. Once I approved, he began the work and thoroughly explained everything to me and showed me as he did it, which I really appreciated.

He also told me the best way to prevent the issue from happening again! Frank was super knowledgeable, professional, and thorough. Left the area very clean too.
