I had to repair a water leak at my sisters house. They're in the hood, not to pricey, quick in and out and all the counter people are friendly and very knowledgeable.

People attending are very nice and always trying to be fast. I appreciate their help. It's seems little but they have everything

This place needs a better way to serve the next customer. There is no line formation. They go buy the honor system on whose next. With so many people there it was so frustrating. I asked the customer service rep for what I was looking for he stated they didn't have it but he didn't recommend any other options to fix my problem. He just hollered out whose next?

Terrible customer service. I needed a new valve for the water line to my refrigerator. I took a picture of the valve and headed to the store.

At the store, there were several workers behind the counter, but not one person greeted me for several minutes. Finally after about 5 minutes l, one guy looked up at me with a scowl and gave me a nod.

I told him what I needed(valve and valve cap) and showed him the picture. He headed to the back, came back with a valve, handed it to me, and then began chatting with other people. I stared at the valve for about a minute, but it didn't look like the right one. I asked him "Is this valve going to fit?" He replied "No". I again showed him the picture, and he said "We don't have that one".
So then I said I would just buy the valve cap.

Valve cap was $2.25. I didn't have any cash on me, so I handed him my card. He said $5 minimum for a card" in a very gruff voice. So I went to my car and dug around for $2.25 in change. I went back to the store and paid, but the guy didn't want to give a receipt. He said "WHY DO YOU WANT A RECEIPT FOR A $2 PART". I explained to him that I needed it for taxes. He got mad and said he would charge me extra for a receipt. He raised the price to $2.44. Apparently the extra charge was for sales tax that he initially wasn't going to charge. This place really needs better service

Before buying a part, I asked if it could be returned. Salesman said yes. Less than hour later, returned and asked for a refund, to which they informed me there was a restocking fee. Not stated when asked nor on the wall for public notice. And there is nothing special to inspect for a simple, small part.

The plumber, Jose, arrived on time. Assessed the damage. Explained what needed to be done. Gave a quote. Began work promptly. I was especially pleased with his work and the price.

Jose is the Best Plumber! I’ve found my ‘forever’ Plumber. I had a very clogged bathroom sink that would hold standing water for over an hour. I called Pilix Plumbing and he was able to come over the same day. We had to remove all the pipes under the sink as it was clogged deep in the pipes. Jose had to use two different Machines as the clog was so bad. He also replaced my pipes under the sink and everything is in perfect working order. His prices are reasonable and he’s also very professional and kind.

Thank you for your services, Jose and his staff were very kind and helpful in trying to get my service back on. Very knowledgeable as well in his work. I will forward and recommend his info to family and friends.

Jose and crew did an amazing job! They came to cap our gas line after we removed our fireplace from our home. They were knowledgeable, informative and very professional. They were even able to come a day early! We will be using them again!

I have hired Jose and Pilix for several projects over the past few years. Everything from re-piping my personal home to work on my rental properties. He does great quality work and is a top notch professional. I highly recommend Jose if you need any sort of plumbing work done!

Very very bad experience! I really doubt if those positive reviews are real or not. Many companies buy good reviews these days. I used this company to unclog my drain. I was charged $450. They just tried to use a snake to unclog the drain. After first trying(took less than 20 minutes), they said they were could only put 20ft snake into the pipe and guessed that drain line was damaged by tree root. After a little while, they said the issue was not by the tree. They never let me know what exactly the issue is and they refused to further try or diagnose without additional charges.

It won't worth $450 for just an unclog trying using a snake! They also said that they have all equipments to diagnose, but they cannot do anything without additional charges. They recommended to replace the the drain line in the 1st place before any diagnose to avoid the cost of diagnose. This is the most ridiculous recommendation I have ever heard. I hire this company to unclog and they recommend to replace the drain line before knowing anything!

Update on 5/16/2021
I bought a 50 ft manual drain auger ($26.48 from home depot) and tried to unclog by myself. I was able to put all 50ft into the drain. The drain pipe was unclogged successfully after a few tries. Now I understand why they refused to diagnose and suggest to replace the pipe for the 1st place. They just want to make me spend thousands of dollars to replace the drain pipe. They trys to make tons of money by resolving an issue that never exists!!

Both Jose and Brian were friendly and super helpful. They were communicative throughout the process, up front on costs and just overall wonderful to deal with

Jose was very professional. I hope to never need a plumber again, but if I do, I won't hesitate to call Pilix.

Pilix Plumbing was able to repair a shower faucet that had been installed incorrectly by a prior company, and did so without having to break the new marble tile that had been installed! Was beyond thankful that they were able to respond as quickly as they did, and they were so gracious. Another issue needed a new valve and they went and picked it up at a warehouse across town, so that our shower could be up and running same day. What a team! Thankful we were referred to them. My go-to plumbers going forward! Thank you, Pilix Plumbing!

Jose and his team at Pilix plumbing were so pleasant to work with. They were very easy to schedule and understanding/responsive when I had to reschedule. They arrived on time and wore shoe covers. They installed my sink, water filter, and garbage disposal quickly. They answered all our questions and showed us how they did their work in case we needed to do work later.
