Best plumbing experience of my life. Called for an appointment to repair two sewer line caps in my back yard. I was given an appointment and the plumber arrived on time. Assessed the problem, gave me a quote and immediately began repairs. Couldn't have gotten a better repair or plumber. God is good.

Had a leak that sprung up last night and called Pilix Plumbing in the morning. Jose, Brian, and Miguel showed up within 10 minutes and discounted the trip fee since they were already in the area. Before entering the house, the entire team put on shoe booties to avoid tracking dirt inside the house. We reviewed a few alternatives on diagnosing the leak (along with the associated risks) and the team immediately got to work once I gave the OK. Jose was very friendly throughout the job and took time to provide answers to all of my questions in a thoughtful/non-condescending manner (i.e., no 1 or 2 word answers) and at no point did I feel like I was being swindled. Once the job was complete, the team went the extra mile to clean up the work area and asked if I had any more questions. The attention to detail (i.e., taking booties off when going up their ladder and putting them back on when they come down, aligning hardware to minimize snagging, etc.) separates Pilix from the others.

I would highly recommend Pilix Plumbing and am happy to now have a “go to” plumber I trust in case issues arise in the future.

I had a leak on side of my house. I call Pilix one day and they were out the next day. It was a bigger job than I had planned, but was given options and advice of what they thought was best. It was an all day job. They were very professional and cleaned up everything. Glad I chose Pilix and would use them again.

Highly professional, walked us through every step of the project, transparent billing, Jose provided all of the materials, and finished the project the same day. They cleaned the area nicely and gave us instructions on future projects. Excellent service, Highly recommended. Oh and great pricing, most affordable out of 5 other estimates. I hired Pilix Plumbing to replace an old water heater, Jose did a very good job at explaining everything before, during and after the project. In multiple occasions he gave me good feedback and made suggestions as he learned about the conditions of other plumbing elements. A user friendly, good quality flushing valve was installed, I like this suggestion because it will be very easy for me to perform the annual maintenance procedure. Very professional and clean installation.

Excellent service. Highly competent, well-prepared crew. Performed quality work fixing three freeze-related breaks for a perfectly reasonable price. The fact that they enabled me to take a much-needed shower isn't even affecting my opinion (much).
