Micah and Jack came out within a couple hours of calling the office and worked quickly to clean out a blockage from our sewer line. They also confirmed the other lines under the house and to the CoH main line were clear. Very pleased with the courteous service.

TDT saved us thousands of dollars. We had them come in to give us a second opinion. They gave our drains the ok. The first plumbing company said we had a broken drain. TDT showed us the video and even located the direction and location of the drains. Michah & Curtis Came out.

Technicians Micah and Jack arrived on time, had everything needed for the job, and completed the install in record time. They were friendly and polite, and cleaned up all trash. We could not be happier with their work.

TDT came out to fix my water meter plumbing. Several weeks later, the piping broke due to tension, and they came out and fixed it again, honoring their first repair, and fixing it under the warranty. Thank you TDT!

Hired these guys to repair a gas line leak on my commercial property. They cut the electrical line in the process because the neglected to mark the lines first and wouldn’t stand good for the electrical repair or at the very least admit fault. They also damaged the water line, repaired it but did not adequately winterize it like it was and now I have a busted water line. This ended up costing me several thousand dollars more than budgeted and took three times the amount of time to repair. Bottom line, make sure they mark before they dig! I would not recommend TDT and will not do business with them again.

Nice folks to talk and work. Came and replaced everything in the toilet tank, ran the snake in the pipes and found problem.

Micah and Jose were great. Thought there was a leak in the wall, but Micah and Jose worked quickly to deduce that the leak was from a bad wax ring on the toilet. They replaced the wax ring and inspected the flange to ensure that it was in good shape. I sincerely appreciated them taking the time to explain how they found the issue and what to look for in the future. Can’t say enough great things about TDT Plumbing as well as Micah and Jose!

All of the above. Micah and Curtis came to our house and had our issue fixed in one hour. We had JMP come out and they said it would be $15,000.00 without listening to my husband explaining to them what he felt the problem was. Micah and Curtis told us what they thought the problem was and it was the same thing my husband was telling John MP. Before we knew it our problem was taken care of and it cost less them $250.00. What a team and we will be letting everyone know.

Eric from TDT Plumbing was excellent. Fixed my noisy pipes in less than 30 minutes. I had previously had two plumbers come out who tied my pipes down to fix the issue. After 2 years i’m finally able to sleep at night with no crazy noises coming from my attic! THANK YOU!!

Called them to fix a leak behind a wall in my bathroom. They came and fixed it and billed me the same day. Two months later the same pipe they worked on leaked again. I called and asked if they had any warranty on their work and they said if it was the material or labor on their end it would be covered by their warranty. They came and fixed it again didn't say anything about a charge, no one called after about a bill, thought the matter was done. Then two weeks later they sent me a bill by mail.

So I have to pay twice to get the job done right I guess (not to mention having to have my dry wall repaired twice now as well).

Micah & Todd were very knowledgeable and professional. Additionally they were both very respectful of my time. They are a great representation of TDT Plumbing. I will recommend your company..

We had an outside pipe break during the recent winter storm. We started calling plumbers on Wednesday in hope of getting someone out the following week. TDT actually answered our call and indicated they would have a technician call us Friday. We were so excited but still a bit doubtful so continued to make calls and we were put on wait lists. TDT called first thing Friday morning to advise someone would be out before noon and they were. The part for our repair was not on their truck so they went back to their office to get the part and made the repair. AMAZING.
We will never use another plumber.

Chose them over 10 years ago because they offer Aceduraflo. Have helped me out a number of times, many in a pinch! They expect only the best out of all their employees who are proud to work for TDT. They offer the best solutions for the situation. They are not in business to sell you unnecessary products or services. They will come back out of there is an issue. I have fired two plumbers in Houston due to ethics and overcharging. TDT is an awesome company!

Julio, Martin,and Carmen thank you so much for the outstanding job on my home. These men were in my home for four days to do In-Place Pipe Restoration of entire home. They were informative and patient with me. They were also very respectful of my property . They were even kind to my dogs.. I definitely would recommend this company. It was a pleasant experience!

What I thought was a clogged sewer line turned out to be a collapsed line under our foundation. Another company quoted a price to dig extensively and replace the entire section of sewer line because they weren't sure where the collapse was. I called TDT, and they thoroughly investigated and determined where the line had collapsed. This minimized the amount of tunneling, the time for the repairs, and the cost to me. Every employee I spoke with at TDT was extremely professional and courteous, and they kept me informed during the entire process. The finished the work on time and with no disruption to us. I'm extremely satisfied with our decision to hire them for the job.

These folks are amazing! They saved me at least $8k from another company claiming that i had busted pipes, etc. underground. TDT took the time over the phone to explain all possibilities and made a quality recommendation for taking a step by step process before jumping into the worst case scenario. My total bill was $800 for a new cleanout installed in the front yard plus a number of minor tasks with the old pipes. I also used them for my tenants next door and they made a quick $150 trip to clean out their water line. Everything is working great. Fair, honest, on time and easy to work with. 10 Stars!!!

I called TDT plumbing about a drain leak. They spent time on the phone talking through some troubleshooting I could easily do to reduce the plumbing cost. After following their instructions, I figured out the culprit. Also, they talked me out of some expensive repairs they thought I didn’t need. Wonderful company. Highly recommend.

Two men came out to my home and looked down the drain using no instruments in March of 2017.... They said, that I needed to get someone to drain the septic tank. I contacted Coastal Plumbing, they came and did a complete scope of all of the lines, took care of the septic tank and completely repaired everything. My homeowners paid for the work, it was $14,000. Two years later, I receive a bill from Texas Drain Technologies, Inc. for $59.95 with a note that states:" Is there some reason why you have not paid this invoice? TDT did the work and would like to be paid in full." It looks like it is signed with the initials DW First of all, TDT did not do any work whatsoever... I called today, 01/31/2019 to speak with someone about this invoice. The lady that answered was extremely rude and snickered at me over the phone. I always pay my bills immediately and on time. This is very very poor customer service. In addition, a highly unethical business practice.
