I've used TDT Plumbing previously so I called them when I developed a water leak on one of my outdoor pipes. Left a message for them and received a prompt response. The technician, Julio Luis, was able to come out and fix the problem immediately. Same day service. I also had him come out the next day and upgrade a pipe. Same great service. Received a follow up phone call from the office. If you are in need a good reliable, prompt and friendly plumbing company, I highly recommend them.

Great experience with professional plumbers! Thanks for helping us with a kitchen remodel and making a difficult project easier because your team was on it. Guys showed up on time, were polite, knew what they were doing, communicated well, and helped us out.
TDT did several things for us:
-ran a new gas line when concerting from an electric cooktop to gas range
-moved a fridge water line
-added a water line for pot filler
-rerouted a water line that was in a bulkhead that was removed
-unclogged master tub / shower (never fun to have the tub not drain during a kitchen remodel!)

Michah & Curtis came out to do a video inspection of our sewer system on our 1965 house. They showed up precisely on time, clearly explained the process, and allowed me to watch as they worked the camera through the system. Any questions I had were immediately and thoroughly answered, and they provided a detailed written report when they were done. I'm thoroughly impressed with their professionalism and would highly recommend TDT Plumbing to anyone else who is looking to maintain or repair the sewer lines in their home..

I set up an appointment for TDT Plumbing to snake a drain line. I was provided their hourly rates so I could have an idea of what my total might be, which sounded fair and competitive to me. They were right on time and got straight to work, all while thoroughly answering all of my curious questions. I also needed an old gas valve and sewer clean-out cap replaced, and they were happy to help with that too since they did not have a pressing appointment after mine. They cleaned up their work areas as they worked and wore the necessary coverings/PPE, so we couldn't even tell they were there. I was glad to meet these guys and they will definitely be the first company I call for future plumbing issues.

I highly recommend TDT plumbing. I called them to fix a drain and pipe and they arrived within 1 hour. Myra in the office is very nice and helpful. Curtis & Martin were very prompt, courteous, and did excellent work at a very fair price. I highly recommend TDT Plumbing

I can't say enough good things about TDT and their associates, Jack and Micah! They were so polite and professional and took good care of me in a short time. In addition, the office staff called me to give me updates on their time of arrival when unexpected delays occurred so I appreciated being kept informed. Outstanding service! Highly recommend TDT!

Update:
Decided to give TDT another call because we all deserve second chances, amirite?! They didn't disappoint. Scheduling was quick and easy. My issue was not an emergency so i opted for next day appt. I was their first call. The 2 gentlemen who came to the house were able to diagnose and quickly resolve the issue I had. They were very polite, professional, and clean. They walked me through a few things to try before I call anyone if I ever had the issue again.

Customer service and communication with their other employees really need work. Not the same from a little over a year ago.

We are very happy that we contacted TDT Plumbing for a second professional opinion. They assured us with video-camera recording that we do not have a problem with our pipe under the foundation that another company said we have. TDT Plumbing saves us thousands of dollars. Micah and Matt came out and immediately put my mind at ease. Professional, knowledgeable, and extremely thorough, They were able to diagnose and repair a problem that a previous plumber told me would cost $14,000 to repair. Fortunately, I got a second opinion. Micah and Matt were able to flush the line which saved THOUSANDS of dollars and a compromised foundation by unnecessary digging. If you need a good plumber, look no further! Can not recommend the team at TDT highly enough! We had a drain line collapse in an old building, Keith and the crew from TDT came out on a Sunday on a holiday weekend and replaced the entire collapsed section. They were professional, responsive, and did high quality work for a very fair price. Will definitely be using them again in the future. If you are looking for honest old school work at a fair price you can't go wrong with TDT.

I can't say enough about TDT Plumbing! They were recommended to me by a friend back in June. I had a pretty clogged up toilet and our home insurance wouldn't cover it! Armando and Jacob came out, were there for quite a while. They were both very professional, polite and would answer our questions. They took care of the problem!

The toilet started to have a problem again (different problem) right before Christmas and we were going to have guests at our home. I called them late one afternoon and spoke to Vic who assured me that they would take care of it before Christmas. Next day I spoke to Melissa who explained that Micah and Jack were at another job but would be at my house in the afternoon. Micah and Jack fixed our problem and all was well again. Everyone there is very professional, very patient and good at what they do. TDT thank you for your work and professionalism!

I had a great experience with TDY plumbing this week. They went above and beyond on fixing my tankless water heater. They listened to my concerns and did the right thing. Paul did a great job. Everyone in the office I spoke to was kind and knowledgeable (Vic, Justin.Keith). I really appreciate what they did.

We just completed our whole home ePipe project with the TDT team: Martin, Carmen,Manuel, and Julio. From start to finish the team performed a very professional job. As intrusive as this process is we stayed in our home and watched the team come and go as needed with no drama or fanfare. We were surprised and pleased at how well the few holes in the Sheetrock and tile were repaired. Cleanup was exceptional.

Wow an amazing plumbing company, I highly recommend 100%!! Their prices are good, better than other plumbing companies we called out. Our washer machine drain line was backing up inside our home. We were recommend to call and use TDT Plumbing. The crew came out, use camera's and took photo’s of the drain line, found the problem got estimate. The next week TDT went to work. The digging crew, amazing guys! They worked their tails off. Very polite, super nice guys and know there stuff!!! Thank you so much Eric and Keith with TDT. You guys are super, super nice and amazing!!!!! I won’t hesitate to call again, if needed.

We had to get our whole house repiped and the TDT crew was amazing!!!! They finished the job in 10 days…even with my house being 4 floors. They were responsible, respectful and soooo efficient. They kept the “mess” to a minimum and took the time to explain every step of the process on a daily basis for me. At the end they are my lifesavers cause we now finally have full pressure HOT water which we hadn’t had for over a year.

Quality work, best price for repiping while house with PEX

I needed a complete pipe reroute because the pipe under my house collapsed. Vincent and Mondo were fair and did a great job.

We have used Villafranca Plumbing for multiple remodel projects. They do excellent work, and we highly recommended them.
