Navil from SolRaTech Roofing is just… too much, in the best way.
Honestly, I was just trying to get my roof looked at—not be wildly impressed. But then along comes Navil, with his professionalism, knowledge, and annoyingly great customer service. Like, who told him to care this much?

From the moment he showed up, Navil acted like my roof was the most important roof in Texas. He explained everything clearly, didn’t try to upsell me into oblivion, and actually listened (ugh). And don’t even get me started on how efficiently the whole job was handled—where was the chaos? The drama? The “we’ll be back next week” excuses? Nada. Just a smooth, stress-free experience.

Now I have a great roof, peace of mind, and one less thing to worry about. If you’re looking for a roofing company that will make you feel like you’ve been dealing with amateurs your whole life, go ahead and call SolRaTech. And, if you want to feel personally called out by someone’s competence, ask for Navil.

Helped us get insurance to approve the claim after they denied it the first time. Once it was approved through insurance, they got the ball rolling and installed our roof within a week! It took like less than 12 hours to replace the whole roof! They cleaned everything up nicely too. Highly recommend!

Navil and his team knocked it out of the part in my 3 story 12/12 roof! They were able to fix a bunch of pre existing issues and now have a solid roof! Hoping to use him for solar and other renovations later this year!
