I hired SolRa Tech to help me with some issues at my rent house. Derek Dobbins managed everything but went above and beyond. He was ensuring everyone was on top of their responsibilities, kept me updated, and had everything finished quickly. The work product was great. Derek acted as a general contractor managing everything so I didn’t have to worry about it. He’s been helping me since the first job and couldn’t be happier.

Great HVAC repair service! My furnace gave out during the cold snap we have been having, and SolRa was quickly able to come out, diagnose and fix it. Very professional service for a great price!

Derek and Navil were helpful with financing, homeowners association approval and making sure all the details were taken care of from start to finish. They communicated each step of the process in advance and checked on service satisfaction throughout the work. There were small things that they took care of without extra charge. Clean up and care for my property was top notch. Customer Service and finish product was excellent.

Agreed for them to meet my insurance adjuster, they told me they would need to collect the amount of my deductible from me. And I agreed as long as the project was completed. And they turned away my business in a unprofessional text... See attached.

Barry was very professional, technically sound in his craft. He explained the process to us and kept all his promises. The Roofers work effectively and finished the job in no time. My neighbors saw the work and scheduled their roofs to be done as well. I would suggest Journey Builders Inc if you want the job done right!

Exceptional service and great work by Journey Builders especially Khaled. Khaled made a great presentation, was helpful with my queries, executed the project with great quality and on time. I would highly recommended him to my friends and family for any roof work they may need in future.

I had this company to change my roof and skylight, and after about 11 months, we have hurricane beryl, and found the skylight had a some leaking issue. So I called them several times and wrote emails to them, and want them to come and fix the problem. However, they are never come. It seems that they only do one time job, the warranty is useless, because they just ignore your requirement.

These are SCAM ARTISTS!! I had them come to give a price for a new roof. Carlos gave me a competitive price so l said ok! The started and Karam showed up and told me all my plywood was rotten after they had already tore of the old roof and it was 2 days before rain. So l said ok. Being a Senior Citizen l didn't climb up on .the roof. When they started tearing off the old plywood there was only 3 or 4 bad spots but they already had me for$14,000 for roof and $22,000 for plywood which should have been probably half that. I kept all the plywood they removed. They also for a Beehive in a location unable to access except after roof was removed. They said they call a bee keeper to come remove it but instead I saw one of their employees pouring some kind of liquid, probably bug poison, into the hive. Now, I have biological material in my space which will start to rot and cost me more money to have removed! Besides that l went into my attic and they didn't even replace all the plywood they charged to do. Still have part of the soffit that wasn't replaced as promised. They left nails, water bottles, and other trash in my yard and attic. ALL SENIORS BEWARE THESE PEOPLE WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU!! I requested paper copies of the contracts they said they bring them but haven't seen a one. IT'S BEEN A MONTH NOW AND THESE SCAMMERS HAVEN'T RETURNED TO COMPLETE THE WORK THE AGREED TO DO!! HAVEN'T EVEN CALLED TYPICAL ACTION OF SCAM ARTIST!! EVERYONE BEWARE!!......

Khaled was such an amazing professional to work with. His crew did an amazing QUALITY job. They found all my roof issues and fixed them in the replacement for one cost. Other builders wanted to lowball then jack up the price after contract. Not with these guys.

Journey came out and gave me a quote on roof damage caused by a racoon. He created a small hole to escape my attic.
Journey was quick getting to me. The quote was $2,250.00. The repair guy was there the next day and was done in 2 hours. The quality of work was good and fast. Probably $150.00 in material. I think it was a bit to expensive when I saw what it took to fix it.

Office took my call and responded quickly. The project manager that arrived was professional and knowledgeable. He found the leaks and gave me two options with reasonable quotes, plus information as to how the roof repair should be done for longevity of the home. I appreciated his time and courtesy.
