In my opinion journey, Builders is probably the worst company out there to work on your roof. They make promises they do not keep. The foreman in charge of the work being done in my home, was constantly trying to take shortcuts. Anytime I complain he tried to add more money to the work that needed to be done. They promised me great reduction on my interest if I went automatic pay and they made mistake on the paperwork and I never got that cut on my interest rate.

Miguel and Carlos were very easy to work with, every time I called they answered and addressed all of my concerns, such a huge relief off my shoulders to be able to trust these gentleman they did an amazing job with my roof! and their employees were great with timing and respectful, definitely recommend to go with this company.

My wife made an inspection appointment. Timmy had a Super professional team from start to end. The installer this company had on my roof was a very experienced master craftsman. We had significant work done, ridge vents and mid roof vents (smart vents for intake) which they completed in a day and a half. Recommend to anyone.

Mo A explained everything in detail; he and his team were prompt, courteous, professional and informative. I will definitely recommend them to others. Thanks for showing up so early and safeguarding the air conditioning units of me and my neighbors

~ price -> was lower than my other 2 estimates
~ product used -> Owens Corning Shingles; two base layers and a 30-year guarantee; previous shingles only had a 15-year life expectancy - a one-year guarantee
~ crew –> showed up at 06:30 for a 07:00 start; they were on the roof and striping shingles immediately
~ clean-up -> excellent; 3 to 4 different guys with their magnet pick-up wand went around the house separately.
So, the house was swept 3 to 4 times

Left old nails and material on our ground. Called them they sent someone out to pick up more nails. Well I was lucky enough to step on a nail. Had to get A tetanus shot and some antibiotics now I’m hoping for the best. Called them again they sent people back out again they barely walked around the yard and then sat in their truck. I called back and then I sent them home.

The team @ Journey Builders were great. The Project Managers Mo and Vitto explained the whole process and answered all my questions. The project start and finished on time. They had to make a few adjustments and I was informed of them before they started. Overall experience was very good. I would refer them to my friends.

I had a leak in my roof causing interior damage to a wall in our front bedroom.
Journey builders came out to evaluate the damage and provide me with 3 different quotations for repair of the roof.
I hired Journey Builders to install an entire new roof on my home. They completed my roof on a weekend without issue.
The entire Team that supported me from Journey Builders was excellent and knowledgeable about roofing.
I appreciate the customer focus provided to me from sales to final clean up.
Thanks again for a job well done.

Journey Builders came quickly. After a hurricane I thought it would have been a longer wait. Mo. A was my project manager he came out very professional and knowledgeable. Gave me a fair price. The roofing team could have been alot better I give the project manager a 5 star. There was some hiccups after the roof was done but he made sure I was taken care of and satisfied I would recommend Journey Builders just keep an eye on the workers.

Excellent service! Journey Builders reps Cooper and Antony took care of every detail from start to finish. Crews were great from demolition to roof installation. I definitely recommend Journey Builders. Ask for Cooper or Anthony.

I would like to thank Anthony with Jurney Builders who’s always so professional, I had an emergency with my roof on yesterday and I called Anthony and without hesitation he came out to access the damages like he said he would if anything was to go wrong and God he did just that, and the crew was there 7:30 this morning taking care of the problem! People will tell you anything to get your business and your hard earned money and don’t stand behind what they say but Anthony is a business man with morals, and values and for that I will recommend this company to anyone who’s in the business of a new roof or anything else that this company offers! They are truly the real deal! And Anthony is the proof in the pudding. Thank you again for your amazing service.

This company is great. They're professional,time oriented and organized. Fred was considerate, and professional. I would recommend him to others. I would like to let other home owners know to check their attic before the crew leaves because they left so much debris up there. They did clean the outside but we were very disappointed that they did not return to clean the mess left in the attic.
