Precision Roof Crafters did a great job on our roof inspection and repair. Daniel Miller was very courteous and pleasant and did not push a hard sell. Scheduling the actual repair work was a breeze with Said El Mawed, and the technician, David Bustos, who came out to do the work arrived ahead of schedule and did a great job. Everyone with whom we interacted at Precision Roof Crafters was professional and courteous. I highly recommend this team for a great transaction at a fair price.

Good company, they stood out to me ten years ago after dealing with several companies doing superficial repairs on an on-going problem I was having with my house in Houston. Precision managed to delve into root of the problem when they could have said I needed a new roof. Now I am faced with roof repairs on my "new" house, got a quote from roofer listed in local directory but my mind kept going back years ago remembering how Precision treated me and appreciated their honesty and good work. I couldn't remember their full name but did remember Precision, started searching online to see if they are still around and--they are! Called on a Friday, tech came on Monday, managed to crawl in very small attic, take photos, assess situation but due to heavy rain unable to get on roof. Next day another tech was sent out to inspect and photo roof. Quote received, discussed and following week my repairs were done. From my initial phone call to a friendly voice to Ramsey, Abel, David who worked as a team, they all seem to have it together, worked for the company for years. There was a smooth, efficient and coordinated system that stayed a step or two ahead of me, I suppose managed by Said. Good service is something I don't see much of anymore. It's refreshing, reassuring that there are still some companies out there that still aspire to professionalism and quality. I'm glad that I took the time to check to see if they are still around. Guess the better ones outlast the fly byes. I will recommend them to my friends and will use them again for any roofing needs.

Abel is a very excellent inspector for my attic ventilation fan installation. He works on the very hot attic and looks every corner, and explains to me. I really appreciate his work.

I inform Said that my roofline is lifting, this is a brand new roof that was installed a few months ago. I sent him pictures and no response. Extremely disappointed considering that we were charged $15,305.00

Precision roof crafters are taking care of my roof needs (small repairs) since 2015. This year Beryl made few damages, so the team did emergency fixes and after thorough review suggested some other fixes. Job was done as scheduled, with good quality. Thanks for great job!

He explained everything clearly and provided a quote for me to review and decide. Very happy with the inspection service he provided and looking forward to continuing working with the company.

We felt in love with our beautiful slate roof ever since we bought this house which was built in 1980 over two years ago. We have noticed the roof seemed to miss a few pieces, and there might be leak somewhere (roof? Gutter?). Several companies were contacted and few felt comfortable repair this type of roof. Some just wanted to repair/replace the gutter for possible leak. Precision Roof Crafters sent representative Jon S. to evaluate the situation. Jon surveyed the entire roof plus attic to look for possible leak. He also examined the guitars and found them in reasonable shape. He was polite, professional and honest about things he didn't know. In turned out he had great support team back in the office, and every question was answered with detailed and logical explanation. Jon came back with his manager later for more detailed and focused photos for repair preparation He sent us the proposal as promised on a very timely manner. Each repair was documented with photos and explanation. The entire experience was first rate, and we are very happy for the result. We will always use Precision Roof Crafters from now on, and highly recommend this excellent company to anyone who needs roof work in the future.

Jon was excellent! Very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He gave me an extremely thorough presentation on the company and the roofing products and the re-roofing process. He answered all my questions and thoroughly explained everything. I was very impressed and felt very comfortable after his presentation.

The photos were really helpful and I appreciate the solutions the company came up with to properly repair our house for several years and then this year complete a new roof. They did a wonderful job on the work and the result is awesome. Jon Stockwell was an exceptional sales rep - very detailed and thorough in his estimating and great at explaining all the options as well as going through the recommendations on the estimate.

There are abundant roof contractors in the Houston area. However, finding one who is professional, knowledgeable, helpful, courteous, respectful, and competitive is quite a daunting challenge and discouraging task. We selected Precision Roof Crafters to help repair a small leak in our home after Hurricane Beryl. Not only Precision Roof Crafters possessed all the aforementioned qualities, but the entire staff was very prompt, friendly, and accommodating. They were very understanding and flexible with the schedule in working with the solar company's timetable for the removal of the panels. A big kudos for the on-site worker, Pedro, who was very skillful, polite and respectful. The debris was all picked up, and the yard cleaned up after the work was done.

We had an excellent experience and highly recommend Precision Roof Crafters after damage caused by Hurricane Berl. Ramsey Rahman worked with us and our insurance to get issues resolved. His time and effort is greatly appreciated. We live in a townhouse with adjoining roofs and only our side of the attached homes was replaced. The end result was beautiful and seamless. Turbine vents were added and the chimney was completely rebuilt with new siding and fresh paint. Thank you again Ramsey and team for a job well done.

I had to replace my HVAC units so Precision Roof Crafters handled the exhaust pipes through the roof. Their work was precise and extensive leading to a very reliable repair. One cannot see any change to the roof other than the new smaller vent pipes. Thank you for the great work.
