The other day a man by the name of Aiden came by to give me a free estimate on my roof. I could see his heart through his smile and presentation. I could see he was an honest person, there was nothing hidden as he talked to me after the inspection. The price was the much less than what I was expecting. Even though I still couldn’t afford it due to me losing my job, it was one of the BEST experiences in regards to salesman. You can tell Aiden is not in it for the money, he loves genuinely helping people. I hope this company knows what a beautiful soul you have working for you ☺️

Journey Builders presented themselves as a group who knew what was needed, when it was needed, and performed the task in a professional and knowledgeable manner. If ever the need arises for another project, I WILL call them again.

Kahled came to estimate my re-roofing task, the main house, enclosed breeze way to garage, utility room, and a spa building. After inspecting and photographing the condition (which was worse than I knew, I hadn't been in the attic in years). He have me a thorough explanation of how a new roof would be built, with examples of all the materials and techniques to be used. I agreed to his proposal, the next day material was delivered, and work began. Kahled, as the project manager, keep me informed at all times about the delivery, when work would be performed, etc. I loved the open communications, never felt like anything was being kept back. The job was completed on time, and did not exceed what was expected. No surprises, execpt the decking being worse than I knew as Kahled pointed out in the beginning.

I selected Journey as an Angie’s List recommendation. I was connected with Michael and chose him from among many contractors who contacted me. He was honest and kept me informed with pictures throughout the day as I was unable to be onsite. Excellent roofing at a reasonable price. Highly recommend!

Sam came by on Monday to give me a estimate and explain the material that they use. I signed a contract and they came out on Tuesday to replace the roof along with leaks and rotted wood. They did a great job and cleaned up all the debri.

Tammy was my project manager and they did a very good job. I was very pleased with it..

Good luck if you ever show ANY interest in getting a roof quote. Got 11 calls in 24 hours. Even got a call after I told them to stop calling. Now they are texting me. I told them to stop texting, hopefully they will stop. This is my third edit. They called again. Will be posting my phone screenshots of all the calls. Stop Calling!!!!!!!!

Sam came out gave me an estimate and informed me and showed me that I had leakage in my roof. We talked about material and prices. We came to an agreement. They came out the next day and finished the job by 4:00 pm like he said they would. They did a great job. Couldn't be happier. Thank you Sam from Journey builders

*Update: this evening Journey Builders came out and rectified the safety issues regarding the electrical components. I’m not sure if it was this review that prompted them to resolve the matter, but I am truly appreciative of the integrity displayed by Journey Builders contractors in resolving the matter.

I did include updated photos along with photos of the siding that is bulging. Hopefully, the outcome will be as positive as today's was. Note, the siding isn’t a month old so, it's a bit concerning. Nonetheless, I am hopeful that going forward, matters will be promptly resolved.

I was hoping that it would not get to this point but at last here I am writing a review that I have been stalling on. Please note that I sent 4 emails, and two phone calls, and responded to text messages regarding this issue to no avail.

I used Journey Builders to install my new roof and was ecstatic with the reasonable cost and work they did on my roof. Was everything perfect? No, but I wasn't expecting perfection from humans. I disregarded the cut-up dryer exhaust, the numerous cigarette butts left in the yard, and the water bottles are strewn about. I figured that I had already used them to replace my roof why not use their service to replace the siding and paint? Well, that was my mistake.

I disregarded the disrespectful tone and manner in which the contractor addressed me when he called himself “checking me” via text over an additional paint selection I made to paint the trim on my home (yes, I wish I was kidding but sadly I am not).

Where I draw the line is unfinished work and safety. In the photos included the contractors left electrical components loose and exposed. I repeatedly attempted to get the matter resolved and at first, I received correspondence back claiming it would be completed. As of today, nothing has been resolved. To make matters worse we already have siding that is bulging. I was informed that it wasn't nailed down properly.

My experience with the journey builders Inc. was awesome. Mo and Vito were the project managers that came over to my home and explained everything to my understanding the job was scheduled for the next day. The workers were on time and the job was completed in one day, the workers cleaned up and took everything away, and I was satisfied. I would recommend this company to others.

Journey Builders was excellent, quick and efficient! Aiden came out and explained everything with us and made sure that we understood everything that was going to be done. He came the day of the replacement and repairs to make us feel more at ease. It was done in one day! Highly recommend! They did a fantastic job! Workers were respectful of our home and yard.

I Had a very good experience with Journey Builders. Timmy was my project manager for the job did an excellent job presenting Owen’s Corning Duration shingle roof. He followed up on all that he committed to.
I rate Journey builders 5 stars, I could not be happier with the entire process and results.

Ricardo came by and gave us a great quote for a new roof and took the time to explain the process and what we were purchasing. We signed the agreement on a Saturday and Monday they were completing the job. We had an active leak and so we really appreciated they could get started so quickly. Unfortunately we had scattered showers while they were removing the old roof and our home was exposed. We have a 3600 sq ft home so it’s a large roof. They quickly covered with tarps but we did have water damage in the home. They completed the roof and then sent someone by to repair the water damage to our sheetrock. He was very good and we were very happy with his work. Ricardo was great to work with us through this and really put us at ease that they would handle it. They also did a great job cleaning up all the nails and debris that happen on projects like this. We are very happy with the roof and our experience. We would use them again!

Journey builders sent me an excellent project manager named Timmy.He represented the company very well and worked hard to get me all the discounts possible sou could get a beautiful brand new roof replacement. Cleaning was impeccable and color he helped me pick was so beautiful as well. I highly recommend them.

I rarely post reviews, however the team at Journey Builders were great. I especially want to send a Big Shout out to Shafiq my Project Manager. He walked me through every step and it worked exactly that way. The team arrived a Lil early for me (6:15) ouch... but very professional, we even fellowshiped with Shafiq over Jerk chicken and Oxtails to seal the deal. Great company and I plan to work with them again 6☆☆!

I’m not someone who writes reviews often, but when a company shows up like this, it’s worth sharing. I called Journey Builders to get a estimate of a roof replacement. I was genuinely impressed by Terry he is knowledgeable about his work really helpful he literally educated me about roofing. He kept me inform during the project  his crew worked cleanly and efficiently did great job.  The work was done in one day.

Right from the time they answered the phone till the time I paid my invoice for services carried out, all the representatives of Precision Roof Crafters were courteous, professional, respectful of time, property and needs, and were very thorough in their analysis and resolution.
They followed up with you every step of he way and left you feeling fulfilled. Based on this experience alone, I would highly recommend this company at any time.

Precision was a class act from start to finish. The receptionist that I spoke to was nice and took time to understand my project needs. The technicians who came to inspect the roof were friendly and thorough. They took the time to explain their findings and what would be done to resolve the issues. They shared video and pictures so I could see the issues myself. The technician who came to make the repairs was just as friendly and professional. He took his time and shared photos of the completed work. Really pleased with the service. Would recommend them and use them again.

During Beryl storm, my property had substantial tree debris including a tree size limb on the roof. I contacted Precision to evaluate condition of the roof. Abel and Aaron came promptly and very efficiently completed the request. They also removed additional limbs that were dangling and could’ve potentially caused damage after the fact.

I really appreciate the attention and thoroughness completed in quick order.
