Brandon showed up on time and began work after a brief discussion of my roof in general (age, etc). I
wanted a roof inspection as many of my neighbors have had roof replacements in the last year. Brandon took about hour or so to examine and photograph problem areas and then we sat down and went through everything he found. In the end he thought there was some hail damage but perhaps not enough to involve the my insurance company yet. He also me a list of maintenence repairs to extend the life of existing roof. Called and received a quote from Jon Stockwell at Precision Roof Crafters. Jon inspected my roof, determined what was needed then provided 3 options for replacement. He answered all my questions concerning removal and installation. Jon was also instrumental in helping me avoid the increased cost due to the tariffs. He even performed a zoom call to detail the different roif options quoted. Jon and his team arrived on time and within 9 to 10 hours my roof was installed, including cleanup. This group of both Men and Women worked as a team. I was quite impressed at how fast they were able to complete my job under minimal supervision. Jon ensured we were satisfied with the product and labor. Jon does a great job managing the project from beginning to end. Jon was always available to answer any questions and supported the team. He was onsite to make sure the team was providing the best customer service from the decision making process through the final installation. I recommend Precision for roof repair needs. Precision scheduled my work 1 day after I contacted them about blown off shingles. I was told when to expect the roof repairman and his name (Brandon Hoeffken) and photo. Brandon arrived on schedule and inspected my roof. He provided me with photos of areas in need of repair and explained his recommendations. After receiving a written estimate and upon my approval, Brandon promptly completed the work and all looks good.

This is the most professional and honest company I have ever dealt with. I first used Precision Roof Crafters four years ago for a roof inspection and repairs, and I was very satisfied with their work. Recently, after some heavy winds loosened a few shingles, I decided to call them again. Jon from Precision Roof Crafters came out today, and I couldn’t have asked for better service.

He was professional, courteous, and very thorough. Jon inspected both the attic and the roof, carefully documenting what needed attention in the short term versus what to plan for in the long term. He even walked me through the photos he took on the roof so I could clearly understand the issues.

What impressed me most was his honesty and transparency. He explained that 20% of any maintenance costs would be credited toward a future roof replacement, which he recommended I consider within the next two years.

just getting estimates for a current issue but I’ve used Precision before and have always found their work to be outstanding. Jon was very thorough today as he water tested and climbed around to confirm my roof issue. Excellent experience

I got this company info from my friend who gave very high praise for their work. I gave a try and called to fix my roof. The front desk lady is very nice and patient. I got Brandon distracted the next day and he spent about two hours and completed a very detailed inspection not only the roof but also other possible places of causing the roof leakage issues. He’s very thorough and careful. The $129 fee definitely worths for this effort. Great work and experience overall and I would not hesitate to use this company to any future roof related work as long as the prices are reasonable!

Just finished a great experience with Precision Roof Crafters.
Jon Stockwell came out for a roof inspection, he was timely, professional and extremely friendly.Explain everything he saw in detail and potential fix.When he went into the attic he notice some water damage and would not stop until he found the location where the water was entering my home.

Zach came out and measured the window flashing for my client and was able to get all of the custom flashings made and delivered with in 24 hrs. Fantastic service!

We have used precision roof crafters on multiple projecs, i referred them to my neighbor who had a tpo roof done by a unnamed competitor. Needless to say the unnamed contractor was a nightmare and 3 months after installation and multiple interior flood events they were fired. Precision roof crafters has now stepped in to completely remove and install the tpo correctly, i cant recommend another contractor over them they are my first go to.

Precision Roof Crafters, Inc., did a great job on repairing our roof. We had two places where the roof was leaking very badly. First, they looked at the roof and gave an estimate, then he went over every part of the estimate so we would know exactly what to expect. The work was done as explained and there were no hidden fees or cost. The real test came with the first rain storm and the roof did not leak! Thank you!
