Both techs and everyone else I've interacted with are super friendly and have been helpful in explaining issues they uncovered. They answer quickly and are very responsive.

Texas comfort system, was awesome, they worked with me, on what I needed, helped answer my concerns and needs. Stephen was outstanding. Sure a nice, polite ,respectful young man. He explained about the unit and showed me all vents blowing good and showed me how to use new thermostat. The installers were efficient, and worked hard the whole time they were here. They cleaned up inside and outside. It was a nice experience compared to other work I've had done.

The technician was able to fix the problem during his visit and the cost was reasonable for the work done. We've called them before late at night and they had someone out early the next morning. This was my first time using Texas Comfort Systems. One of our A/C units was not cooling properly and I thought we probably needed Freon.
It was easy to make an appointment, very accommodating. Two technicians came out on time, diagnosed the problem, fixed the problem and left all within 30 minutes. The capacitor had to be replaced and they had the part with them. Our unit started cooling immediately! Great service!! Also, I thought the price was very reasonable.
They even sent us a thank you card a few days later! I will definitely be calling on them for future HVAC issues.

I couldn’t be happier with the service I received from Texas Comfort for my A/C repair. My A/C unit suddenly stopped cooling, and with the heatwave hitting, I was in panic mode. I called them for an appointment, and they were able to come out the same day, which was a huge relief! Thank you can’t remember my techs name but this company is amazing.
