They showed up on time, explained everything clearly, and completed the job efficiently. The installation/service was done with great attention to detail, and my home is now cool and comfortable.

Julio performed all of the work in a professional manner. He checked both Air Conditioner Condenser Units the 5 Ton and the 2 Ton Capacitors and Refrigerant Level/Pressure, as well as performing Furnace Checks on each unit as well. Then he blew out a clogged 5-Ton Air Conditioner Drain Line that emptied into the Hall Bathroom Drain Line and it was full of a gelatinous substance.Overall Julio did an EXCELLENT JOB!!!

Our furnace was blowing warm air. Called Texas Comfort Systems and they were out the next day. The service technician could hear the noise from the AC but checked the unit and made repairs. The technician spoke to us and explained the issue and gave us option to repair or wait and get another option. He went to get parts and we had cold air right away. The technician was professional and knowledgeable along with the company.
