Julio came out to give us an estimate on a new HVAC system and was incredibly kind and patient in explaining all the details to me. We will be moving forward with Texas Comfort Systems for all of our HVAC needs.

Julio was absolutely awesome…very professional, friendly and easy to understand…he explained every detail clearly and never tried to charge for anything that wasn’t needed…honesty is the key to a successful business, and he was truly honest from start to finish…we appreciated that so much that we’ll be using this company, and Julio, again and again for our construction projects as well as our own personal needs…and we’ll definitely spread the word so others can have a great experience where trust really matters.

I would highly recommend this company. They did an excellent job from start to finish on our complete HVAC system replacement and installation. Great communication with all staff members at Texas Comfort Systems. They arrived on time and treated us and our property with respect. It's difficult these days to find a company with great customer service, very skilled, knowledgeable staff and competitive prices all in the same company, but it looks like we did with TCS. They even did a no extra charge follow up visit, to check on everything a little over a week after the installation, just to make sure everything was in good working order and answer any questions we might have.

Julio from Texas Comfort Systems LLC did a great job tuning up my A/C system. He was friendly, professional, and very informative, explaining every step of the process. He also suggested adding a surge protector and soft start system for better efficiency and protection, though there was no pressure to buy.

One suggestion for the company—upgrade the payment system to accept Apple Pay and include an option to tip the technician. Julio’s service was outstanding, and I would have gladly tipped him just for his smile! Highly recommend his work!

So pleased with our service today! We turned our heater on for the first time in our new house and experienced an issue.

I called the Texas Comfort Systems team early today and they worked me in for a same-day appointment.

Our technician, Aaron, was a fantastic listener. He was able to diagnose the issue, communicated with me throughout the visit on what was happening, and went to grab a part he needed and came back to finish the work promptly.

Pricing was great, and I am so glad I made the call today.

If I could rate them higher I would!! 5 is all they allow but I rate them at a 10!! They were on time and fixed my problem FAST for a VERY REASONABLE price! I was about to pay waaaaay overboard with another company and the problem WASN'T even what they had quoted me at. I will forever be thankful for the person to put Jones number under my ring app because this is DEFINITELY a REALIABLE company and LEGIT!! I WILL FOREVER RECOMMEND this company!! ♥️

I would not recommend them. First thing they assessed my A/C and told me what the problem was the coil needed to be replaced and I agreed for them to fix it for 1800. The diagnostic was 60. They couldn’t fix it the same day so I was upset, and he left us with the temp in the house 83 degrees. He then called his boss and he told them to add Freon so that we would not be hot until the next day when it could be fixed. You would think that he would already know that if they are coming to peoples home to fix things. They scheduled it for 1:00 and I waited until 1:45 no one called so I left and didn’t receive a call until 3:45 stating that they were at the door with no answer??? Not acceptable. I told him that I gave the job to another company and I paid him 300 for the Freon. He said that it should last 1 month. The next day the temp began to rise and it was hot again despite him telling me that it would last 1 month. It didn’t. They didn’t even check to see if there was a warranty on my unit before they charged me this price. Do your research before you choose. I wasted 300 dollars.

We recently had our AC system installed and I couldn't be more impressed with the level of professionalism and quality of work. From start to finish, the entire team was reliable, efficient, and courteous!

Customer service was awesome from start to finish. Solid guys working, very courteous and shot it straight with what needed to be done and what could be left alone for a later date, if I chose to (of course I did it all at the same time for the better price, versus extra visit). Highly recommend.
