I have had a very good experience with this company on HVAC side but they are horrible when it comes to plumbing.
With some credits applied to my review, I can only give them 2 stars combined. Also, it appears this company gives misleading information for promotions that they provide. I was told I am getting the best price for plumbing repairs but in reality I could find a much better deal, if I weren't putting too much trust to them. They obviously do not deserve much trust on plumbing side. They failed to take ownership of their mistakes, overcharged me and up until today they failed to fix the ceiling (pictures attached). With that said, I can't recommend this company to anyone.

CHASE AND DANIEL!! Let me tell you about how awesome these guys are! I had a huge water leak underneath my tub in the master bathroom that flooded my husband's closet. Chase came out assess the damage and figure out where the leak(s) were coming from. He gave me a quote, and we made an appointment to get it fixed. He and Daniel came out and got to work. These guys are top-notch, they knew exactly what they were doing and how to do it! They executed a plan with precision and with smiles on their faces! Chase and Daniel answered all of my questions and didn't hesitate to answer more! The work was completed quickly and efficiently and they cleaned everything up as if there were no problems at all! These guys are amazing! They even took the time to answer questions from my son who is autistic and chronically ill with kidney disease and lung disease. It meant so much to me that they genuinely care about their clients. Sunny Service, you have an amazing team... these guys deserve a bonus and a raise!

I was very impressed with Ray and Chase. They were both polite, courteous, and respectful throughout the entire process. Ray came out to assist us with an issue in our master bathroom and took the time to explain everything clearly. He walked us through the repair process step by step, which we really appreciated. We’re very pleased with the quality of their work. Sunny Service is lucky to have such dedicated employees. In the future, we’ll definitely be requesting Ray and Chase for all our plumbing needs!

Excellent service and personnel, fix our problems expertly and completely

They were evry quick and did a great job.On the hotest day of August 2023 ,109 degrees theywere here in lass than an hours time. They went through the whole system found the problem and corrected it. Dan was able to come out the same day I called him and arrived at the time he said he would. He did some quick diagnostics, listened to my description of the problem and the things I had done so far. He identified the issue almost immediately and had it fixed in a few minutes. The entire visit only lasted about 30 min. Dan knows his way around HVAC and won’t waste time ‘searching’ for problems, highly recommended.

Dan and the crew at Texas Air Works are simply the best. They have deep knowledge of both residential and commercial HVAC systems and provide excellent service at a fair price. They don't up-sell, they don't exaggerate issues - they simply do the work necessary to keep your system running efficiently. As a real estate broker, I refer TAW to all of my clients for service and for new installations.

Texas Air Works is by far the best experience that we have ever had with any HVAC service. If you want swift and friendly service I highly recommend them, and only them. We have tried four other companies for AC service and repair over the past few years and Texas Air Works is the only company that I will ever use from now on. Texas Air Works had our AC up and running less than five hours after we called them. This came after we paid another “big name” company a diagnostic fee so they could spend an entire week giving us the runaround and not fixing our AC. If you want outstanding service from a company that values integrity and respects their customers, you want to call Texas Air Works.

5-Star service by Dan! He came to my house quickly and installed two Nest thermostats in the time it would have taken me to unpackaged just one. He had both thermostats installed and programmed in no time at all and to say that I was pleased with what he charged me would be an understatement! 🙂 I’m so pleased with his professionalism, fees, and quality of service that I’ve asked him to return for some other a/c custom work that tI’ve been putting off. Not only will I keep the number for Texas Air Works handy for any of my future a/c or heating needs, I highly recommend Dan at Texas Air Works to all my friends and neighbors.

Dan does an amazing job. He is quick to answer. He comes to my house twice a year to maintenance my ac units. He is fairly priced and very professional.

Great service! I have used him for a long time. My a/c quit and Dan came over and replace the motor. This is a respectable company as well as very professional. I have not ever been dissatisfied with the services. I would recommend Texas Air Works company for your a/c needs.
