Allen came out Friday to look at our AC unit he was very thorough. He checked the temperature of each room which no one has ever done. Confirmed that our unit did need to be replaced and couldn’t be repaired. He sat with us and went over everything including why it needed to be done, the process and warranties and what service Wizard can do to assist. We had a total of 3 quotes but service wizard really made a good lasting impression on us, so it was a no brainer to go with them. Their team came out on Monday, right at 8am which consist of Antonio and Marco and another individual I didn’t get his name. They were really good and very thorough. They finished within four hours and did a walkthrough showing me everything that had been replaced and now our AC unit is blowing like a champ thank you service wizard!! You guys rock.

Technicians (Tashawn M. And Roni M.) came to do a checkup on my HVAC that was installed last summer. They were friendly and professional. Checked both inside and outside units. Cleaned outside unit and explained all that they did and checked. Highly recommend.

First I want to say the service was excellent, the tech was communicative and friendly, and they scheduled promptly, but I was astonished at their pricing. The $90 service call is fair, but they wanted an additional $300 to swap a thermostat if I bought one, or $600 if they provided one. The one they were going to provide was $95 at home depot after tax, so that is over 300% markup on a product they should have on their truck. I understand Austin is expensive and they need a minimum charge, but $500+ for a couple minutes of work on top of the $90 service charge is outrageous. I went and swapped it myself in 10 minutes and saved over $500! They sent me the service call bill 2 months after the service date. Get a second bid!

we had a fantastic experience with Javier-- he was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. I had several ongoing issues with my AC, and he took the time to carefully diagnose and fix each one — explaining everything clearly along the way. It’s rare to find someone so thorough and trustworthy but have never gone wrong here as we've been with them for several years now. Highly recommend to ask for Javier at service wizard!

I am so grateful that someone recommended this company to us. They were able to fix our A. C within a few days after contacting them, for so so so so much less than what we were quoted by a bigger company! Our AC has worked perfectly ever since!!!

We have had them come out for various issues with our old HAVC several times and each time they have come very quickly and solved our issues. Everyone we have talked to from the receptionist to the techs have incredible customer service. Our heat stopped working the day before a big freeze and Daniel and Devan came out within 2 hours of us calling and fixed the issue same day. Could not recommend more!

I have to come back and edit my review because we can’t sing Service Wizard’s praises enough. We ended up needing a new HVAC the day of the freeze and they had 2 technicians ( Adrian and Johnathan) at our house first thing in the morning working through the freeze to get us heat as quickly as possible. Truly blown away with their customer service- 10 stars!

Justin performed a checkup on our two HVAC systems. He was very polite and knowledgeable, and performed the service efficiently. He also gave us some good information on an additional air purifier unit that we were thinking of adding. We were happy with the service and would not hesitate to recommend Justin or to ask for him again for future Service from Service Wizard.

Our service tech was Mike and he did an outstanding job. He was very through in evaluating our system and gave us repair options and reasonable pricing up front. He gave some recommendations on future preventative maintenance and laid out what was needed to get the system going again today. Honest trustworthy and patiently explained the options. System was running better than before his visit. Highly recommend service wizard and highly endorse Mike.

I originally worked with Service Wizard for a spring HVAC tune up. The tech tuned up the system and opened a clogged drain pipe other non-SW techs had missed. This led me to call them for a fall tune up.
My system is 20 years old. After the tune up one of the techs and I talked getting about a new system. This was during the Thanksgiving savings period. They offered me a 30% discount which brought the cost back to what it was a couple years ago. Their financing option was easy and very competitive. I went through with the change.
The techs arrived the next day, replaced the old, and cleaned up after. They went about their work efficiently, took care not to track dirt/mud on my floors, and were very polite. Two techs I spoke with (Adrian and Levi) gave me more in-depth information about what they were doing and took the time to make sure I understood what was going on. Levi especially was very helpful and forthcoming.
I'll be seeing Service Wizard for years into the future (in spite of the weird cartoons on their trucks).

Just had a great experience with Zack Martin at Service Wizard! He was timely, polite and very informative. Got my system back up and running and didn’t recommend any unnecessary costs. I decided to go ahead and sign up for the membership, so I could get my system checked twice a year for peace of mind.

We had a great experience with Service Wizard today. Our technician, Daniel, was extremely friendly, professional, and courteous from start to finish. He took the time to clearly explain what’s working well with our AC/Furnace system and pointed out a few areas that may need upkeep down the road—without any pressure, just helpful guidance.

We had every toilet and tub in the house clogged up. Wouldn't drain. Also couldn't user washer or dishwasher. Gabe came out same day and told me they were having a $90 special for an inspection of pipes and unclogging of stopped-up drains. He found the clogged point and had it fixed in about 15 min. We will likely need a more permanent fix down the line, so Gabe helped figure out a way for me to basically pay for their maintainence program for the cost of the $90 draining. Plus now I get 15% off any service for a full year. He was great at explaining why this issue occurred and what it would take to adjust the pipe correctly. Really appreciated his quick, professional service and his suggestions.

Jeremiah and Adam came down today to fix our A/C unit. They were very polite and friendly. Took their time looking at everything and Never once, did they try to push me into buying a new unit.
They told me what they found and explained everything to my son who accompanied them. Showed us all the pictures and recommended services we needed to keep going forward and extend the life of our unit.
I felt very comfortable with them in my home. They were neat and I had no complaints. They were a bit late, but Jeremiah called me and let me know.
I would use them again!

I needed a new HVAC system last summer. I did a lot of research before choosing Service Wizard Air Conditioning.
Since then, I have received nothing less but excellent service for any maintenance and/or inspection.
Today, Andrew was my service tech. He did a tune up on my furnace. He was prompt, professional, and explained everything thoroughly to me when I asked questions.

I want to that Evan and the team at Service Wizard for coming out on the same day that I called for service on my Lennox HVAC system. Evan was great, he explained what was causing the error message, how he was going to fix it and within an hour we had heat. It was a complete shot in the dark that I picked Service Wizard, but the factors were all the positive reviews and more importantly, he was locally owned here in Hutto. Also turns out that we had a connection through several mutual friends and it was so nice to know that he is a trusted, honest, hard working good guy.
