G&S Mechanical is great! Rick was my hero today. We had another repairman tell us we needed a multi thousand dollar new unit. The root cause was a tripped wire/fuse and it only cost us a few hundred instead. It is cold in the house. Rick was knowledgeable, honest, and fast. G&S has earned my business next time I ever have a HVAC need. I absolutely recommend them to others!

Editing my review. Unfortunately, due to miscommunication or stubbornness it was communicated to the property management team that there was an air filter issue due to the tenant. We change our air filters on the recommended basis annd guidance of the repair teams and are now facing consequences for taking the correct actions recommended by experts. Sad but necessary to update my review and use any resources I have.

George was friendly , professional and fast . My HVAC was replaced a few weeks back and a small issue resulted in the heat not working . He got out to my home within 24 hours and took care of the problem. Highly recommend.

Our technician, Jorge, was friendly, professional, and fast! Our AC went out a couple days before we moved into our new home and we were forced to stay in a hotel for a few days due to the heat. Jorge came to the rescue when the AC part arrived and had a 4-hour fix done in just over 2 hours! So deeply grateful, give this man a medal or a trophy or something! Thank you for allowing us to finally enjoy our new home!!
