I was in need of getting a 19-year-old HVAC system replaced and based on their reviews, I contacted G & S Mechanical for a quote. Rick arrived on time. He was very friendly and courteous. He proceeded to assess the current system and later explained to me what types of HVAC systems would be an option. He was very informative and was able to answer any questions I had. He was also very efficient. After He left, I received an email with the quotes within the hour.

I decided to go with G & S Mechanical and made the call and spoke with Stephanie. She was able to schedule installation withing a few days. She was so polite and helpful and I received emails and text messages reminding me of the appointment for the installation.

Today was installation day and Ray and Chris arrived on time to get started. Chris explained what was to happen then He and Chris got to it with one handling the outside unit and the other taking care of the inside unit. They worked very well together and independently and they would occasionally check or assist the other. They didn't stop until the units were installed and tested. They were both very polite and courteous as well and Ray was very kind in answering a few questions I had.

Overall, I was very pleased with the experience with Rick, Stephanie, Ray and Chris. Being a home owner, it's sometimes difficult to find a fair and reliable company to work with sometimes. I was lucky, I now know who to turn to should I require HVAC service. Thank you, G & S Mechanical.

G&S does what they do best!!! They have been my GO-TO for all things HVAC over the last 10 years or so. Jorge was our tech this time. He was polite, knowledgeable, and his positive attitude was contagious even in stifling heat. Trish and Melissa handled our over the phone questions and needs quickly, and with the sympathy we needed to keep a level head in this heat. This job can’t be easy during the Texas summer, but the G&S Team handled it like the pros they are.

George was so helpful and kind! He worked quickly and figured out what the issue was with my heater. I would definitely hire him again if I have more HVAC issues!

He came out to fix our capacitor, and not only did he get the job done quickly and professionally, but he also stayed longer to make sure everything else with our system was up to grade. I've used G&S Mechanical for over a decade on my Goodman heat pumps and for general HVAC maintenance. They've replaced heat exchangers, compressors, repaired ducting, done various odds & ends of minor maintenance, and provided prompt emergency service. They provided detailed written estimates for all work, communicated technician appointments (and kept them), and accurate billing. When I call them, their office staff has been polite and helpful (Melissa!).

Our air conditioning was out and George came to check it out. He was super efficient and knew exactly what to do to get us back up and running. He even cleared out the hose on another unit just so we would avoid future issues. Highly recommend G&S!
