We had a fairly difficult electrical problem and this time they fixed all the problems. The response time was fast, the price was reasonable, and they are reliable. I manage many other properties and will be using Emertech in the future for all my electrical needs.

Michael and Santos did a great job, Quick and Efficient. We got electric system shut down completlely our shop, and i searched online and randomly called them to come help. They arrived within 1 hour, very fast. They helped us get parts, fix the problem and get the power back on in a very short time so we can get back to business. Price is reasonable too. Emertech Electrical was Five Stars from first contact to finish - all in one day. Amy was very thorough when hearing my reason for calling and conveying my questions to the right person. Michael arrived within the time window arranged. He was very professional and thorough as he completed all the checks necessary for the inspection I had requested and discussed additional safety measures for home electrical safety. I am very glad and thankful to have happened upon Emertech Electrical and will make them my go-to provider should the need arise.

Michael and his team were absolutely amazing and showed up and showed out!! They have helped us get our electrical rewired to our house and it looks so much better. I recommend them to everyone. They did a phenomenal job on our home and I couldn’t ask for anyone to do a job so well. I wanna thank them again.

Please beware of this Company. They performed no service or install yet withheld my $200 deposit. Their policy was not provided or attached in a prelim estimate. I refused service when we opened the Tesla Charger Manual and it stated 60amp was recommended - Again, no install was performed. They tried to install an out of code electrical breaker after knowing that charging 48amp continuously would require a 60amp breaker, not 50amp. Michael hung up on me when I attempted to explain the situation. Anu acted to care, then refused future service and refunding me the deposit for their mistake. Their prices may look cheaper, but that's because they are 1) installing improper electrical work without any due diligence; or 2) Attempting to find excuses in order to refuse service and keep your upfront deposit.

Tony was fantastic, honest and straightforward. Overall just helpful guy.

I had Dengue the first visit and he was not great and was extremely flirty.

Sparky came out and checked a few problems I was having. One was really not a big deal. The other issue was the result of work another provider had performed. Jameson diagnosed the problem and gave me a quality estimate. All done for cost of service call. If the original provider does not fix the problem that they created, I am ready to have Sparky make the repair. They are very thorough and professional.

Edit: 5/13/2025 - I do appreciate the fact they responded to my review, no further efforts on Mister Sparky’s part have been made besides for their response to my review. No follow up, no phone call, just a text asking if I would like their sister company to come and look at my HVAC system (Obviously I passed on that).

The good, work was done fast and their electrical work was clean and professional.

The bad, I have no gauge for the price, but for how much I paid, I would have expected better. Electrician finished the install, and we were waiting on the inspector. All went smoothly for what I thought was going to happen. Was told by Mister Sparky employee that they will coordinate with oncor to make sure I get on the schedule for hooking up my power and should be Good to go in the morning. Great, paid and left for the day as it is 45 mins one way to home from my rental property. Drop the kids off at school, and head straight over to the house to start flipping on breakers. Power lines are still hanging in the tree, like it was never moved, come to find out the tech did not follow up, and that the inspectors office did not get the release sent. So I basically spent an hour and a half of driving to my rental property to find out something the technician should have told me about. 1.5 hours round trip for no reason, and the employee that I was talking to about all this tried to make it seem like it wasn't their fault they failed to communicate. I would not be writing this review if I did not waste 1.5 hours of my morning. I did come back around 2pm and just waited for them to show up to reconnect as I lost all faith in any info I was getting out of Mister Sparky, was their until 6pm and power was reconnected. I will not be using them again.

Jamieson & Mr. Sparky are the BEST!!! I have a 50-year-old house with aluminum wiring. I know...I know! Wiring to the circuit that controls my A/C burned out. I liked Jamieson's style: "down-to-earth", no-nonsense, & no BS! We were in total agreement from the beginning on what needed to be done & why. Got the work done this morning in 1/2 the time of the original estimate.

There's a REASON why you pay for quality work - as the saying goes, "you can pay me now or pay me more later!" Thanks to Jamieson & Mr. Sparky, I paid now & DON'T have to pay more later!
